Customer service is excellent. They do their best to accommodate, assist customers, and have good knowledge of instruments on display. The musical instruments for sale is quality. It’s always a good experience whenever I shop at this music store.

Called before ordering from interstate, the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful with recommendations.
Ordered Friday midday, instrument was sent that day and delivered on the Monday.

Great service, best price I could find Australia wide, $500 cheaper… extremely fast shipping!

Dante made the entire purchase experience wonderful. You have a great variety of instruments and Dante was very knowledgeable in the product we purchased.

A painless and hassle free transaction. The guitar arrived well packaged and set up ready to play. Excellent in my opinion.

I liked that I was able to source the sheet music through Logan’s online shop and have it delivered. What I disliked was the lack of communication regarding the process of the order. Having paid expedited shipping, I received no new of any hold up and had to call Logan’s for an update as it took over two weeks An email to explain the hold up would have been bic.

My delivery was short.
I ordered 4 copies of the same title and have so far only received one in the mail.
