I think they’ve got the worst customer service whatsoever, I ordered for a wardrobe which got delivered 16th of march, I tried coupling it but discovered that some items/accessories are missing. I reached out to them about it, the only option they provided was for a fitter to come fit it for a cost of £50 from me, I denied that and requested for the complete accessories and up till now they’ve ignored me up till now. Even right now the wardrobe is just lying there useless cos I can’t continue with the coupling. Their customer service keeps shouting at me over the phone as well.

A very professional company. Before I decided to make a purchase, they answered all my questions and concerns. After placing the order, they called me to confirm the size and color of the wardrobe. The wardrobe was delivered the next day and brought into the house.

On the day of delivery, the driver called me twice with updates on the expected arrival time.

Everything was handled professionally and without any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We ordered a white wardrobe with mirror 203cm , the quality is very high , the space is huge you have shelves and rails - a perfect wardrobe for a family. The service and the delivery guys very polite and helpful.

Absolutely awful they have left 2 old age pensioners with broken wardrobes dumped by a front door not even taken up to the flat no one would awnser and then told someone would be back within an hour to take upstairs and build which no one returned !! Disgusting service do not use

Dishonest and unreliable business, I have got a wrong delivery and the seller was very rude, they blocked me, stopped responding and refused to refund or replace, forcing me to accept while it’s my right to get what I paid for.
I DO NOT recommend this business as well as paying cash on delivery it should be through your bank so if anything went wrong your bank can help.

I ordered a wardrobe from Loftcrafts and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience. The wardrobe is very good quality and looks exactly as expected. My entire family really likes it which says a lot The delivery was on time, and I was especially impressed with the assembly service. I needed help putting the wardrobe together, and they arranged it within 12 hours which was very quick and convenient☺️🫶

At first when I messaged the company via Facebook marketplace I was skeptical about being scam. However, conversations kept going and agreement was made on cash on delivery. I was still a bit scared despite the fact that I haven’t paid but my details had been registered with the company delivery services. I was amazed, surprised, and Happy when I saw the van that came to make the delivery of the set of a beautiful wardrobe as agreed. While myself and my wife took our time to arrange it due to easy guide leaflet provided and it helped us put our brain into action and it was fun undergoing the process. A strong, beautiful, durable wardrobe. It worth the price and the risk paid off.

We purchased a wardrobe from these people but some of the components were incorrect and so the wardrobe could not be properly assembled. We also tried contacting LoftCrafts to have them fix the issues via both email and phone but have heard NOTHING. Loftcrafts need to contact us to arrange suitable repair or replacement. Our phone no is 07544603757. Until they take care of us I would advise future customers to beware of these people.

This business is a scam, they mentioned in their facebook official page that they offer 12 month warranty however they do not respond after getting paid. I got a wrong wardrobe colour and they stopped responding. NO one should ever fall in this trap and purchase from them.
