Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Raymond was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They stuck to all of the timescales given. The lads who carried out the work were very professional and made sure everything was tidy and clean before they left. We would highly recommend Lockwood Windows!

We had all our windows and front door replaced by Lockwood Windows some 3 to 4 years ago and couldn't be happier, we've had no problems at all.
Recently we booked them to come and inspect the tile cladding on our double bay to see if it needed replacing. The answer came back that no it didn't, it was sound, then we were given good advice on how to rectify the problem we are having and probably at a fraction of the cost.
So thank you to all those at Lockwood, a team you can trust.

Ordered my windows two weeks ago and they were fitted yesterday

Great job. Just had 3 windows and a set of French doors fitted by Lockwoods. Had to wait a little while because they're a busy small company, but I'd much rather wait for a good job than get it done quicker to a lower standard. The guys that fitted the windows were great. Really efficient (managed to get the job done in 1 day when it was booked in for 2) and tidied up after themselves leaving no mess. Really pleased with the product and would definitely recommend them to others.

Don't bother asking this company for a price, they'll just waste your time. Richard the owner called to measure up 25 windows and a door. Five weeks later and several phone calls, none of which have been returned, still no price. I'll take my custom elsewhere. Lockwood windows, if you can't take on the work, don't waste peoples' time!

Very happy with the service from Lockwood windows, from initial enquiry to the fitting of new french doors. Everyone we had dealings with was helpful and pleasant. There was no hard sell just straightforward information and price. Quick service and a clean efficient job by the fitters. Would highly recommend and use again when I want new windows.

I have used them several times and nothing is too much trouble. The guys who fit doors and windows are brilliant.
When they removed my bay window they saw it as challenge to get it out whole without breaking the glass. No big hammer for them.

Matthew and Luke are back doing all our windows and just finishing off. Again they've worked their socks off to replace what could only be described as the windows from hell (which must installed and designed by someone on hallucinogenics). So impressed by their workmanship and high standards and also Luke's vaccing lol! absolute stars! And they deserve some extra days off Richard!🌟

We highly recommend Lockwood windows after having French doors and a new window recently fitted. So much so, that we've already booked in a quote for half of our other windows! From us dropping into the showroom (pre lockdown) to when the installers left, every stage was well communicated and timely. All the staff that we've had contact with have been friendly, knowledgable and skilled. Really impressed and will recommend to everyone! Thanks guys 🙂
