I'm very pleased with the Partner Desk I purchased. It's everything that I expected, Perfect for my needs as I run my business from home and this desk blends in like a part of the furniture in the house. The filing cabinet arrived promptly, the delivery driver was polite and helpful, and the quality of the product is exemplary. we are very pleased with the entire experience and would thoroughly recommend the Lock Stock and Barrel furniture company.

Our experience with the staff at Lock Stock and Barrel was very good - they did everything they said they would do after we placed our order.
We were, however, slightly disappointed with the actual (expensive) filing cabinet received - drawers not very smooth; "shallower" than expected, taking fewer files than anticipated; etc.
But, overall, a good experience with LS&B staff.

Furniture is excellent - just as I wanted.
Delivery also excellent - driver and mate very polite and efficient.

Lovely people to deal with and the bed is fabulous, excellent quality.

I looked high and low for a classic mahogany bed, and finally I found the perfect bed with Lock Stock and Barrel. The bed is a work of art, and the customer service is wonderful. When speaking with the team, you knew instantly you were dealing with class A establishment. Extremely pleased.

The package was delivered intact and timely. Fabulous finish and workmanship. It fits into our other furniture extremely well.

We bought another bookcase from Lock Stock and Barrel after seeing how good the first one is!
We needed a narrow tall one to fit in a space in the office so opted for one to match the other style wise, just a different shape.

Like the other we bought - it's great. Really well packed and delivered by a hard-working professional team of English gents who carried it upstairs for us no problem.

Good dependable product, delivery and service

The quality and finish to the product can only be described as First Class. We were kept fully informed throughout the manufacture period with photographs issued on a regular basis. The only gremlin in the works was the length of time to deliver the product. This seemed to take an inordinate amount of time from when the photographs of the finished work were issued to the point of delivery.
The physical delivery was very smooth and the deliverers were extremely helpful.

Very professional and supportive staff. Especially when you need specific design, they accomodate your needs.
Their product is extremely high-quality and worth investing.

When I started to write my initial review I hit submit by mistake. I did not come close to justify five stars. The whole experience was excellent. Staff were extremely courteous, responsive and helpful but they were also friendly and accommodating. The lady I dealt with immediately came across as trustworthy. So much so that I gave them all my financial details even though they couldn’t commit on the potential discount. I formally placed the order against the full price because I needed to do that as I was on extensive travel next day and would be on a plane for 14 hours. Two days later I saw the debit and it was the discounted price! The furniture has now been delivered. Excellent quality!
So the pre sale and post sale experience was truly 5 star. Alan Dobson
