Fantastic Group of People
Lloyd Latchford are a fantastic group to deal with. We do sometimes ask for tasks to be completed faster than the expected setup time, and the whole team at Lloyd Latchford make it their mission to surpass expectations.
I recently had to phone regarding an issue, and Janis Jandavs was most helpful on the phone in place of Cameron James (who himself is the most amazing rep ever!).
Easy group to work with, and nothing is ever too much bother. Keep up the good work!

Mega Fast Policy Change
Amy in your customer service centre was great, I was requesting a change to my policy which I had half expected to have to pay for. She took all the details passed them to the insurer for confirmation and I had an updated certificate in about 2 hours. Unreal service, especially as you had to involve a 3rd party and all at no extra cost to me. Thank you
