Prom dress arrived nothing like photos

I ordered what I thought was going to be my dream prom dress, but unfortunately it was nothing like what was advertised. When it arrived, I was genuinely shocked. The dress looked completely different from the photos on the website and wasn’t even the same colour.

I didn’t mind that it arrived late because I had purposely given an earlier prom date to make sure I had time to sort out any issues if needed. Thankfully I did, because otherwise I would have been left scrambling for a replacement.

I spent £327 on this dress, only for it to arrive looking completely unrecognisable compared to the advertised pictures. To make matters worse, it didn’t fit despite me ordering a size larger than I normally wear. I’m usually a size 8, but I ordered a size 10 to be safe.

I have emailed the company twice requesting a full refund and am still waiting for a response. For the amount of money I paid, I expected the dress to at least resemble what was advertised. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service so far.

I have been trying to reach out by emailing and calling about the update of my dress because my order still says unfulfilled even though I ordered it in march 24th and I have a prom in a few week, and no one is answering any of my emails. I need clarifications or I will demand my $165 BACK.

I got this for prom and it photographed…

I got this for prom and it photographed beautifully. the color looked so good under the lights and the material didn't wrinkle much. It fits great in the waist and hips. the zip was smooth and the lining made it feel secure(no weird see-through). I wore low heels and the length was fine. If you're between sizes, I'd size up for comfort.

Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness, I'm so grateful to them! I bought two dresses for my daughter's homecoming dance, and time was very tight. I asked them to ship them quickly, and luckily, the customer service staff patiently listened to my needs and arranged for expedited shipping. My daughter received the dresses on time, and they were of excellent quality and beautiful. Lella helped me a lot! I will definitely shop with them again, highly recommended!

I paid for expedited service

I paid for expedited service, LLELLA paid for ground economy. Despite their "Tracking" saying they shipped the package, I called Fedex and Fedex had never received the package. LLELLA is in China, where you "Don't get what you paid for."

Poor return experience

Ordered a dress for prom. It didn’t fit. Tried to return and told only can return to an address in China, which cost over $400 to return. Lost money and very frustrated.

This is the worst company to deal with

This is the worst company to deal with. First they charge expedited shipping 26.99 i paid for and says 3-6 days it has been a month and they want to refund 11.00 of that. Still no merchandise so i am reporting to credit card company for refund of all amounts

Bad Products, even worse customer service

The experience was not great. Do not buy from here. Their order cancellation policy is predatory and is hidden in their return policy.

If you order more than one item, they will only let you return one item for a partial refund even if there's a problem.

I tried to return two dresses that I ordered according to their size chart for my daughters' homecoming dance. They came in hilariously undersized.

The store refuses to make it right and got aggressive when I told them it wasn't right for me to have to eat $120+ return shipping for a $300 order for them giving me incorrectly sized dresses that I made sure were in line on their size charts.

They swore it was due to their return policy, which says NOTHING about only being able to return one item. I'm having to take it up with my credit card vendor because this is scammer behavior.

Update: Store got very aggressive when I let them know I was going to post reviews of my experience with them and accused me of defamation. Definitely don't buy from these guys.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid for expedited shipping, and it took a month to get the dress. The hem was not straight. Very uneven. It folded under in places, creating a high-low effect on one side and part of the front. I took a video of all of the problems with the dress. They will not honor the policy on the website and want me to pay for return shipping to China. They want to go back and forth, arguing and asking for more photos when the video shows how awful the dress is. The only thing worse than the quality of the dress is the quality of the customer service. Do not buy a dress from them!

My daughter ordered a $150.00 prom…

My daughter ordered a $150.00 prom dress from this website. The dress arrived and did not fit. We immediately put the dress back in the original packaging with tags attached. As per the refund policy, I emailed customer service to request a refund. They said that I would have to pay the shipping, but once received they would refund the cost of the dress. I went to UPS the next day to return the package. UPS told me the cost to ship to the address needed was $204.00.

Excellent all around

Excellent all around. Great communication with the seller via email throughout the process. Once the dress shipped it arrived incredibly quickly.
The dress is beautiful and sized perfectly. Will definitely shop here again.
