Service was super

Quick to book online. Very simple portal to make payment.

Survey completed throughly and in a great level of detail.
Report was very clear with colour grading and numerical levels of severity. Making for an easy read for those less knowledgeable.

Follow up call from rhe surveyor to go over anything not understood in further detail..

Great service thank you

Great experience with the team. Understood when there were setbacks along the process and rescheduled with very little problem. Gave detailed reports in a short time period.

Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Excellent service. We were given so much helpful information and great advice.

Great service, detailed easy to read and understand survey received complete with photos which helped. Did what they said and when they said. Would recommend and use again.

Would highly recommend these surveyors. They were efficient, professional, and comprehensive. The call to talk through the report afterwards was also very helpful.

We are very happy customers. The survey report was thorough but also easy to understand. Especially their inspection using the drone is great. They found an issue with the roof tiles which can be difficult to find without it. They are very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly at the after survey call.

London & Kent Surveyors were amazing to deal with. They are thorough professional. The report was really detailed and clear. would definitely recommend!

L&K are very good at what they do. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I’ve been extremely pleased on both occasions with their knowledge and professional attitude. They are well worth waiting for and the only Surveyors I could find who use a drone which is essential for a proper survey. Well done for providing a 5 star service yet again.

We had Kieran do our survey he was very thorough, gave us all the information and more! Had a post survey call with us to answer any questions we had and was able to explain anything we had a query on in further detail! Would definitely recommend

Got on well with surveyor, gave a detailed report, appreciated that they got drone photos of the roof. Also went back to the property to check an additional point which was above and beyond what I was expecting

I have booked a survey with London and Kent Surveyors twice for two different properties and I recommend using them.
They are very knowledgeable, professional and explained things in great detail on the report, outlining everything you need to know. They were very friendly and down to earth making the whole experience a great one. I also got a discount to use them again but wanted to use them anyway, regardless of the discount as they did a great job the first time I used them. I also had to put the survey on hold for a number of weeks and the person I spoke to to do that was lovely too.

A thorough service with quick turnaround. Follow up phone call with Samuel was very useful. Thank you!

Very detailed and constructive comments which were published shortly after survey. Were able to undertake a Level 2 when another firm insisted a two storey extension on a 60’s house required Level 3!

The level 3 survey conducted for the property we planned to buy was very detailed and covered all aspects. Specially the report was easy to understand as associated with pictures from different angles. The post survey meeting with surveyor was very helpful as we received several valuable suggestions.

Really positive experience! The most affordable quote out of a lot of searching and the whole process was so quick. My surveyor was very friendly, I had to have some amendments to my survey which were completed quickly without any issues. Overall a great company I would definitely recommend!

Amazing company and went the extra mile with the survey, providing in depth and usual recommendations.

Highly recommend for first time buyers who are unsure of the survey process.

Myself and my partner used London & Kent Surveyors for a level 2 survey of the house we are hoping to purchase. The process was simple and quick, they arranged everything and we were kept updated throughout. The report following the survey was provided quickly and was excellent.

I recently used London & Kent Surveyors for my home purchase and was extremely impressed with their service from start to finish.

Their communication and efficiency were top notch they made the entire process feel seamless and stress free. In addition to being so responsive, I found their pricing to be highly competitive compared to other quotes I received, offering genuine value for money.

The actual survey and report were delivered very quickly, which was a huge help in keeping the purchase moving. The report itself was incredibly thorough and professional, providing clear, detailed commentary on all the key aspects of the house. The clarity of the findings honestly made the most complicated part of the home buying experience feel easy.

I would highly recommend London & Kent Surveyors for their professionalism, speed, and great value.
