Fantastic shoes at great price and design compared to designers and yet looks designer and solid Shoes. I bought three pairs. Went to their Chelsea shop SW3 it’s a beautiful shop and I got a fabulous service from all the team. Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service

The Winola shoes are fantastic- well proportioned and comfortable. Surprisingly so for such a high heel! Delighted with this purchase, as well as my many other ones (cardigans, dresses, jackets). Good quality, well designed products.

Ordered a pair of flats in the sale, ordered them to be delivered to the Sloane Square store. Received the text and email to say they had been delivered, arrived to the store the sales assistance was so rude I had to tell her, her customer service was rubbish - she thought huffing and puffing when a customer has come in to collect their online order was acceptable because she was writing an email (I didn't interrupt her she asked me how can I help!!!!!) anyway the flags weren't there, only 1 pair of boots I had ordered (within the same order) had arrived.

Kept calling and being told they'll arrive, perhaps they're coming from a different store etc.. received a text stating if I didn't go collect my order from the store I'd get a refund (WELL IT HADN'T ARRIVED). Eventually I couldn't wait any longer and I asked for a refund. Still haven't received it - paid with Klarna and L K Bennett claim they've done everything on their end yet no refund. Would I buy from here again probably not.

Beverly at the King’s Road store is an absolute treasure, an asset to your company! She was gentle and kind, never pushy! She could not do enough to assist.

The shoes were confirmed as delivered to the Duke of Yorks Sq store but when I went to collect them, there was no sign. Not entirely LKB's fault, but their courier who was clearly playing games knowing the store would be closed on a Sunday. Wasted journey and order eventually cancelled. Still awaiting considerable refund.

The staff in the Sloane Square were excellent at listening to your likes and dislikes and searched for clothes they thought might fit the bill. I actually bought something I probably would not have picked to try on plus a number of other items I had not planned on! Well done.
It would be lovely to have an LK Bennett closer to home, I live in the Bath area!

Only 2 members of staff on the shop floor. Slow and forgetful service. Both behind the till, leaving customers to try on she’s themselves and clothes alone, not by the fitting rooms. The Hispanic woman started talking badly about another customer, to her colleague, also standing behind the till, infront of me. Really terrible service for a shop I once trained in myself so I understand what is expected of the staff and the level of service that should be given. I could have spent a lot more then I did today but decided it was not worth it due to how bad and embarrassing the service was. The other member of staff told me the clothes downstairs were not worth going down to see, in her opinion..

The shoes I bought were far too narrow, and both pairs had to be returned. I frequently buy your shoes as Have size 42 (9) and usually they are fine. Delivery to the shop was great except I received a Delivery receipt so waited in the whole day and they actually meant to the shop. Considering the shop is not cheap you could provide better service. Staff in Sloane Square were however very helpful, so very mixed experience

I went to the store to pick up my items ordered online during sales, was severed friendly. And of course item is great valued.

I never received my parcel which was delivered at a LK Bennett store and somehow varnished or else. Since I received the request to Colect it, I've been waiting for the issue to be sorted. Finally today I went to Colect again after calling 3 days before to confirm that it was in the store. And, again I wasted my time. Nobody could find the parcel which apparently was delivered 3 days ago. It simply behoynd poor service. I decided to get a refund and forget about it. Regretefully, I will never buy from LK Bennett anymore. Its not worthy the stress.
