Huge thanks to Rose at Gunwharf Quays-on Saturday . I was wandering aimlessly in a panic looking for something to wear for a wedding next week. Once she heard details of wedding she turned into my personal shopper never pushy just so helpful and chose lots of items to try I’d never consider . Best service I’ve had anywhere ! Thank you Rose you were an amazing help and I just love the 4 dresses I bought :) Julie
After a weekend in Isle of Wight, on vacation from the United States, we came across the ferry and wanted to go shopping and lunch in Portmouth. My boyfriend wanted to get me a nice dress for Windsor the following week. After the ordinary stores which are well recognized by me, we basically were just going through the motions of walking in and out of them. Then we noticed a beautiful dress in your window display. I had never heard about this store in the states which made it even more attactive to me. Immediately we were approached by a lovely lady, with a beaming and welcoming smile on her face who asked us what we were looking for. We explained and from then on, Fernanda, our sales person and Rose, the store manager made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman! Not only did we walk away with a beautiful, sophisticated and very appropriate dress but a matching pair of shoes and fastenator. It was a joint effort - we all contributed and had so much fun!
