The two ladies in Bluewater hopping Centre were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. I bought a suit and then saw another jacket. They helped me to order it on my phone which I had never done before. They were also courteous, kind and very truthful with my choices. They are both from Lithuania.

Lk Bennett is my favourite place, I love most dresses, shoes and bags!!
I’m a very regular customer, however I do feel sometimes the prices are rather high!!
I understand that good quality etc… but I still think is high..
My experience has been great and I received my items safely and on time and for that I’m grateful!

Excellent customer service !
I ordered shoes on line .They were of excellent quality but sadly were too thin in width .
I returned them to LK Bennett in the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent .The staff couldnt have been better .They offered me alternatives and the customer service offered was the best .I will certainly shop there again

I saw my dress just 1 week before my sons wedding. Expensive (429.99) but it felt right. When I got home my husband and daughter pointed out the the dress fitted perfectly but puckered at the bottom of the zip. Due to lack of time I ordered a second dress on line which was perfect. I returned the first dress to the shop and had no problem with the return (I had even taken the second dress with me to prove that I had to bought a second dress). What distressed me was that the shop assistant who served me when I bought the dress, and whom I had put my trust in, looked at me and said that 'the end of the zip that was puckered wasn't it'. Surely she should have mentioned the fact to me in the first instance and offered to order in another dress in.
