Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service, via emails, dispatch was good, unfortunately royal mail let the side.down, having been text a delivery day and time slot, it didn't arrive until the following day, although it had been received in the warehouse early hours! The company are very professional and will definitely use again. Highly recommend

Very fast service and great products

I have had trigger finger in both…

I see you managed to order with us in the end after a failed attempt the day before. I am sorry that you had difficulties ordering. The site was undergoing maintenance last week but we managed to maintain a 99.7% uptime throughout. We are also changing the payment service provider and it is this that prevented your order from going through. When you set up a new payment gateway its always prudent to ensure that it works and is 100% secure with full and proper encryption before allowing your customers to enter their financial and personal details, we disable processing for these tests. We found a mild integration error and have swapped back to the original provider while we sort the problem.
Many thanks for your order and I hope that future experiences with our site are less stressful.
