Easy from start to finish
A very smooth and efficient experience with Mark and the team at Livermores, Dartford. The sale and viewing process was well organised and I was kept update throughout. Once sale was agreed the progression team were very active in following up with everything required to keep things moving. And all for a very competitive price.

The whole sale process was made really easy by them, with lots of viewings arranged, prompt feedback given and as well as personal sales co-ordination contact, an online portal to monitor progress of the sale and legal process. Livermores have managed a portfolio of properties for me for over 20 years and have always been diligent, professional and its clear they put the interests of any business first.
Most recently Ray Shukla has re-let three of my properties in almost no time with minimal fuss or aggravation.

I have to say that Livermores are such a professional estate agent to deal with. All the staff are really nice people including Matthew Jaques who is so calm and reassuring when you need it. I can’t recommend Ray Shukla highly enough! He worked really hard to help us secure a lovely 4-bedroom property in Dartford. From start to finish, Ray was brilliant – proactive, professional, and always kept us updated.
What stood out most is how quickly he got things done. We went from first contact to getting the keys in just about 2 weeks, which is impressive for a rental. He truly went the extra mile to make it happen.

I recently worked with Livermoores Dartford for purchasing my first house, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout what could have been a very stressful process.
Taye has been absolutely brilliant throughout this process and had shown us a few properties before choosing the one.
