Amazing customer service! Three of the four bracelets we purchased for my daughter unfortunately broke within a couple of months. I reached out to Little Words Project, explained what happened, and their team was kind, responsive, and genuinely interested in making things right. They replaced the bracelets for us and completely turned a disappointing experience into a positive one.

My daughter loves her bracelets, and it means a lot to know the company truly stands behind its products. This is exactly how customer service should be handled. We’ll definitely continue shopping with Little Words Project!

Purchased a bracelet for Mothers Day on April 11, 2026 and still have not received any information on shipping or tracking. I have sent multiple email only to get regurgitated information about as their shipping policy and saying it’s being processed in their distribution centre.
Obviously they are more interested in taking the money instead of actually looking into the situation. I am not hopeful on getting the bracelet for Mothers Day.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the company itself.

The bracelets take a month+ to arrive. And the customer service is non-existent. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I love the wearable mantras and don't have time to make them myself. Also, a little bit of sunk-cost fallacy

They made a custom piece for my groom’s mother and each of my bridesmaids. So happy I chose a very special moment to give it to them at my wedding shower.

I received two bracelets as gifts — one fits perfectly, but the other is too tight. I submitted an online inquiry to see about having it restrung and got an automated reply saying someone would get back to me within 24–48 hours. It’s been four days now, and I still haven’t heard from anyone.

I tried using the chat feature, which said I’d be connected to someone in about two minutes… but after more than 40 minutes, no one ever joined. Then I called the customer service number, but no one answered, and the only option was to leave a message. The voicemail ended with, “please be kind” — and honestly, it took all my effort to be.

The bracelets themselves are beautiful, but the lack of communication has been really frustrating. I’m hoping to hear back soon, because I’d love to be able to wear both pieces comfortably.
