DO NOT ORDER!

We ordered two helmets online as Christmas gifts for our sons. Only one helmet arrived, and the other never showed up.
Since then, both my partner and I have emailed the company multiple times (at least five emails between us) trying to resolve the issue. We have received no response, no explanation, and no resolution.
This is not just poor customer service — it’s non-existent. A missing item and complete silence is unacceptable, especially when the order was for children’s Christmas presents.
I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, don’t expect help, communication, or accountability.

If I could put zero stars I would.
I ordered a 3 wheeled scooter for my son. It came in the wrong colour, and the light up wheels do not work. I emailed Little Nation Australia, and messaged multiple times on their online chat. I even commented on their instagram posts, and the cheeky little….deleted all the comments!!
Please do NOT order from this company. I should have looked at the reviews before hand. Now I’m having to lodge a complaint with my bank as a fraudulent product purchase. So annoying.

I always regret not looking at a…

I always regret not looking at a merchant's trust pilot page prior to buying from them when they're not a major retailer like Amazon. Like many people who have posted here, I received a product that was damage, missing parts, and not at all meeting the quality expectation that the website led me to believe. I asked for a return and it has been more than two weeks.

Initially, I was asked for a photo of the damaged part. I don't know why this is relevant because I had also told them that I wanted to return it for the other two reasons as well. More than a week later, they ask for more photos (including of the missing part....). I replied that everything was already packaged up (it's extremely difficult to get everything back into the box it was shipped in) and to please just let me know how to return it. That was more than a week ago and I have not heard anything since. It has been taking up space in my home for weeks now.

I emailed them earlier this week that I would request a chargeback with my credit card company if I did not hear anything back by end of week, so that is what I have done today.

The customer service is terrible

The customer service is terrible. We ordered a trampoline, where the sides don't stay up. Raised a ticket with them and got an automated response saying ten day response time. Its now been a month and no response despite chasing. They continue to post on social media, but ignore all feedback around no responding to customers. Do not order from Little Nation

Avoid this company like a plaque

Avoid this company like a plaque. Ordered item on 13.12.2025, today is 03.02.2026. still nothing. Sent at least 10 emails and about 25 them chat tickets and still no response. Unbelievable. So you better order something from China it will arrive five times faster.

Not the best quality

The product I ordered was a crash pad. It was just over £100, unfortunately the quality does not show this. It goes flat straight away and will need plumping up/flipping to gain some shape

Very disappointing experience - beware

Very disappointing experience. I have purchased from this company before and not experienced an issue.

I ordered The Sammy – Play Car Park for my son’s birthday. When I opened the box to assemble it the night before, the essential screws were missing (10 x K screws and 2 x L screws), making the product completely unusable.
I contacted Little Nation immediately and provided photos. I received one initial response asking for clarification and photos, which I had already sent initially. I replied and resent more photos. Since then, I have heard nothing further and the replacement parts have never arrived. I have followed up again and again. It is now late January and I still cannot assemble the product to gift to my son. This company is actively cleansing any negative comments on social media (which are a lot) but do not have the decency to reply to customer service email enquiries.

For a $79.95 product marketed to families at higher end of market, the lack of quality control and, more importantly, the complete absence of follow-up or customer service is unacceptable. A child’s birthday was ruined, and I was left chasing a resolution that never came and had to spend more money on an alternate gift.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience. I am taking this further through official channels of complaint too.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Made a purchase in October and changed my mind after receiving it. The item was unopened.
I contacted the company about returning and they asked for evidence of condition (which I provided). I was then told I could return at my own expense.
I paid £6.95 to make the return and, still to this day, have never received my money back.
After countless emails, which are now being ignored, I am now out of pocket for the item and the return delivery cost.
I would never purchase from this company again and urge others not to either.

Do not order from this company

I ordered a foam bean bag online on the 28th November, but unfortunately it was not delivered as expected by the courier EVRI.
I raised a helpdesk ticket that stated I would receive a response within 1 working day. When I did not receive a response within a week, I subsequently sent an email.
As it was to be a Christmas present for my daugther, I re-ordered the same item, and paid for express delivery. This time my order was delivered, but the quality of the bean bag was not as expected. The memory foam should have expanded within 48 hours but it didn't. My daughter was extremely upset that the present was not what she had expected.
As I had still not received my original order, I contacted the company again on the 5th January to request a refund. I received a response on the 9th January to advise that the order had been delivered by ERVI. I replied to advise that I had not received any order at that time. I again requested a full refund, as my order was not delivered on time as expected. I am still waiting for a further response.
I also had to order new memory foam at an additional cost to try to salvage the bean bag that was delivered.
I would strongly urge anyone not to order from this company.

the kids soft play mat tatami is 10/10

I bought the kids soft play mat tatami carpet. This arrived way before expected which was wonderful.
It’s so big it safely covers a huge part of my room leaving my baby to be about to crash and roll about to his hearts content knowing he’ll always have a soft spot for landing

Extremely Poor

Extremely Poor!

I ordered on the 11th of December to which at that time we had a 2-3 day estimated delivery as per their website. The website stated that ordered by the 22nd for delivery in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, today is the 2nd of January and we have seen nothing, these were gifts for our little boy. I have continued to email as they do not provide a number to call them, I have heard absolutely nothing from them. It's very poor and will avoid using them in the future at ALL costs. I'll now be requesting a full refund as I have had to purchase different gifts for our 3-year old.

Ordered a camera 1 month before Xmas…

Ordered a camera 1 month before Xmas for my daughter. It arrived. Faulty. The screen had black spots all over it. Emailed them 3-4 times over about 3 weeks. Heard nothing until 23rd December when they said they’re out of stock so can’t replace it. Horrendous communication & seemingly poor quality products.

I purchased a gymnastics bar for my 7 year old about 3 weeks ago and still havent received it, with no communication other than a receipt I had purchased the item.
Super disappointed in the fact I have been emailing every day for 7 days and still havent received a response.
Appreciate its a busy time, but the customer service is terrible and wouldnt purchase again from this website

Very unreliable to order from!!

It’s been a month and I’ve had no replies and my order has not been resolved, they have taken my money and sent me the wrong items and not responded to any emails/help tickets submissions I have sent over the last month. Deleted my comments on Facebook. I’ve contacted all of their emails I can find but there is no number to call. Very unreliable to order from.

I made an order for a 8ft trampoline

I made an order for a 8ft trampoline, when it arrived it was an 8ft trampoline net? I emailed and was told I had orderd box 1 if 2 boxes for the 8ft trampoline? When I orderd i believed i was ordering a trampoline, there was no indication I was ordering a net. To return the net and get a refund it must be completed within 14 days, to order the second box which contains the mat and rest of the trampoline, including shipping, total cost will be 500.00.
Rip off.
To improve u0date web advertising, go look on the website,I made a search on the web site for 8ft trampoline net and noting came up? I d9nt understand what's happend.
I am gping to pay for the net and throw it out, they won't be getting anymore money from me.

Received the wrong item

Received the wrong item, emailed them and did a help desk ticket, took 3 days to reply asking for a photo of item I received, sent photo nothing since been another 3 days. No number to call them. Went through there online chat and it's no longer talking to me. Have used them before about 5 years ago and no issues. Must of had a change in ownership. Shocking customer service.
