Great balance bike! Son loves it and super lightweight. Lost one of the bolts and was able to purchase kit to replace. Would purchase again.

We love the balance bikes. Super quick delivery and great colours! super light too so I can just put them in the car and off we go! Fantastic for my twins.

All coaches are confident and interact with all children professionally. Games are age appropriate and my son loves to come every week

I recently bought the The Sammy Play Car Park for my son’s birthday and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the item. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! It is extremely flimsy, it has been build for under a week and already falling to pieces. Totally not fit for purpose and is actually dangerous for young children. I am also disgusted with the poor service from the company, I have requested a full refund due to the items being unfit for purpose and I have tried to be fobbed off with the offer of $10 when I paid £49.95.

Purchased 2 x 8ft outdoor soccer goals that are specifically advertised as 'long lasting', to withstand extreme weather and to resist 'rust and deformation'. These goals lasted less than 4 months before the corrosion and 'deformation' was so bad the goals could no longer remain standing. They haven't had excessive use and haven't been exposed to extreme weather.

I contacted customer service to see what the process would be to get a refund or replacement. Was asked to send photos/videos which I did. The next thing I knew they were sending 1 replacement - I believe this was done in error without her realising I was talking about two goals (which I did mention and provided the receipt). I asked about the second and let them know I was concerned about it happening again. Got a response from someone else saying the goals are designed to be taken down and stored indoors after use. This is an outright lie considering it takes around 2 hours with allen keys to assemble and they're not 'pop up, pop down' goals. It's not stated anywhere that that's a requirement (or else we wouldn't have purchased). Telling us to replace parts in one faulty goal with parts from the other faulty goal and that they won't honour any warranty for the replacement goal in the future if (when!) it happens again. Cheap products, not fit for purpose and incompetent customer service trying to get out of upholding consumer law.

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought a sofa weeks ago and when opening it it was torn, contacted little nation who said we had done with a knife when opening. We didn't open it with a knife! Anyhow they won't give a refund or replacement and said they can send a replacement for 50% discount and would check stock. This was over a week ago and I've heard nothing. I've still got a torn sofa which is unusable as it is a soft play sofa. Terrible customer service I would avoid like the plague!

Ordered a play couch in the the dark blue. Followed instructions as per washing before use to prevent colour transfer onto white walls and floor. The colour is still transferring after multiple washes, even when just being stored. Contacted the company, emails went back and forth for over 2 months, asked for exchange- rejected, asked for a return/refund-rejected (website boasts hassle-free returns for 30 days after purchase).
Incredibly bad customer service. Definitely do not recommend! Play it safe, spend a bit more and go with a better company!

Little Nation may be great when things go well. But they copied in the wrong spelling for the address making it a different address. Then they had a completely random tracking number that didn't relate to anything. Now they don't want to know. This is in New Zealand. Not worth it I things go wrong!!
