I ordered goods on January 11 and paid for "worry-free delivery," totalling £68.38. A month later, I still hadn’t received my order. I contacted them via email and received an apology about a shipping issue but then heard nothing further. After multiple emails, I only got automated responses. I raised a dispute with my credit card company in May, but they couldn’t help as it had been over 120 days. I would strongly warn others against purchasing anything from this site.

Really want to give 0 stars absolutely diabolical is this company!! Ordered some shoes never got a dispatch email not got an AI reply when asked about said shoes emailed numerous times asking when they would arrive no response then just got an email saying order cancelled as out of stock!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Attempted to make a return after requesting their returns address to send my item to. I sent my item back & my item was then returned to me again. I asked for clarification as to how and why this happened and I’ve been ghosted ever since, despite several emails and messages on Instagram.

If this company could get no stars it would get it. Like everyone on here I ordered an item , it took forever to arrive . It arrives really poor quality . Ask for return takes 3 weeks for return label . Return goods no refund . Messages are always AI generated . Absolute Scammers . Seeking charge back from bank . Do not use this company .

Update we got charge back and then some months later the scam company tried to challenge it . We provided the bank with delivery information tracking etc. Chargeback is successful . Any dealings with this lot keep your e mails and tracking info.
As it appears they will try to challenge later on when they assume you’ve deleted everything !!

No returns! Rubbish customer care! Stuck with an item that I don’t want! Returns portal generates nothing!

Do not buy, I am currently trying to return a dress which is poor quality. The AI generated emails say rest assured I am within the return time frame and they will send me a return label. 7 days later and still no return label and silence on the emails

SCAM operation – stay far away!

This company is an outright scam. I ordered 7 dresses at £30 each, believing I was buying from a genuine boutique. What I got was cheap, low-quality rubbish drop-shipped from AliExpress.

Packages arrived late, in two separate shipments, covered in Chinese writing, and nothing like the photos on their website. The dresses are terrible quality and a complete misrepresentation.

After days of chasing them for a return, they finally sent a label. I returned the products and since then – radio silence. No refund, no replies to eight follow-up emails. Eventually had to lodge a dispute with the bank.

This is not a legitimate business – it’s a fraudulent front pretending to be something it’s not. Avoid this company at all costs – they will take your money and disappear.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! Ordered items nothing like the pictures I returned even provided evidence to PayPal of them having received the returned items and no refund. God knows how they have managed that! Beware do not use this company!!!!!!!!!

Dress was ordered and delivered with no issues, however it looked nothing like the photo and the material quality was abysmal. Requested a returns label twice, no response or label sent. No one answers on the supposedly live chat and no number to contact the 'dedicated customer support line'. Scammers. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was nothing like the photograph & very poor quality. What made it worse was eventually getting a return label and it came back to my address not once but twice. This is utterly unacceptable & I have still not received a refund! Be warned

Item took forever to arrive, and was then two sizes smaller than what I had ordered so couldn’t be worn. Despite numerous attempts I received no response from their customer service via email or their online messaging system, they don’t seem to have a phone number even though the website says they have a dedicated customer service line?! I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back which they also didn’t respond to, but at least it meant I got a refund. Avoid this company!

Ordered a jacket it took 7 days to arrive. I returned it because the shoulders where huge
Little addiction agreed with my return and I received a QR code. 5 days later I received my jacket back. I emailed customer service and they said they would sort it out. They have a 30 day return policy and I don't suppose I will hear from then again.I have sent numerous emails with no responce. DO MOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!
I returned the jacket again 10 days ago but even after repeated emails asking have they received my return still no contact.

I’m still waiting for my order. The tracking doesn’t work, they use AI to respond to any emails. They’re on Instagram but you can’t leave a comment and can only email them. You cannot contact them via phone. They’re not a genuine website and I believe their products are from China, so most unlikely you would ever receive a refund. Avoid at all costs. If I could give a Zero rating I would. The website needs shutting down and reported to the authorities.

Trying to return a dress (terrible quality and about 3 sizes bigger than ordered). Requested a return online using the portal - no label sent & ignored. Tried online chat - ignored. Emailed customer service directly - ignored. Customer service is not just dreadful, it is non existent. Will be raising a chargeback. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!
