I brought through Amazon a duvet in April this year , due to various health issues the room was not decorated and the bed used until this week Sept and we realised the duvet was not suitable, to our great amazement Littens after we explained the problem agreed to a refund.
What a company and what a service along with Amazon.Would definetely reccomend.

The 3 cm deep topper is well made and very comfortable.
Delivery was quick and efficient.

I needed his help when placing my order and again when seeking a refund.  The latter was my error as I had not registered the size of the pillows despite it being shown on the website.  I realised as soon as I received them and contacted Littens in order to return them unopened and unused.  Ahmed talked me through the process and arranged for the pillows to be collected. Once received by Littens I received a refund less a small deduction for return postage.  Such wonderful customer service and I'd not think twice about using them again.

Mattress cover arrived immediately, quality seems very good although I haven't tried it yet. Really pleased.

Very pleased with the product again as this is the third duvet purchased. The product is perfect, well packed and delivered within 24 hrs from time of purchasing item online.

Often it’s when something goes wrong we learn how good a business is. The order was despatched promptly and passed to Royal Mail, who ignored delivery instructions, left a large box outside the front door of a house on an open garden estate the day before the agreed delivery date and when I was out of the country. Unsurprisingly things go missing. It remains Littens responsibility, it is for them to deal with Royal Mail. The response, they would only leave it in a secure location. The photos showed otherwise. Currently without the order, emails are not being responded to and £513 out of pocket. It isn’t great on any level.

For the price, I really like the quality.

I chose to order from Littens being what I think a lesser known UK Company and I am not disappointed. The duvet was dispatched same day and arrived promptly. It appears to be of fine quality with a lovely silky finish and neat stitching. Will definitely use Littens for future purchases.

I had not heard about this company before so was a little wary. But really, the quilt is absolutely top notch, so well finished and lovely and light for this warm weather. The speedy delivery was much appreciated. I can truly recommend this company.

Very quick and efficient

The pillows I ordered were just what I had been looking for. Super king size pillows are not available everywhere and these are lovely feather pillows, a real bit of luxury. They arrived pretty quickly too.

My product was excellent quality for the money. Easy to order and no problem with delivery. Would definitely use again.

Delivery service, quality and product good

Excellent customer service, quick delivery, quality product. Called them up to check they had a particular duvet in stock, they confirmed, sent me a payment link within a few mins, then the item was delivered 2 days later (quicker than expected). 100% would buy again.
