I would typically never take the time to write a review for a company but felt this was worth the time so no one else had the same experience I had. During a bathroom remodel we ordered multiple pieces from List Vanities. One of the pieces came obviously damaged during construction. After multiple attempts at a solution List Vanities would do nothing. They said to go to a hardware store and buy wood glue! These are very expensive pieces so glueing a broken leg is not the solution one would expect. If it was me, I would look elsewhere for similar options.

With Covid, out of stock inventory has delayed and stalled our project over the last year. We called LV for a stock check on a number of model for a project. Within minutes we received a real time update, expected delivery times, and even substitute options for out of stock items. We received the entire order exactly when expected, intact, no damage. We will be directing all our clients to their site. Great service, product, and pricing. Contractor approved!

Staff answered the phone very poor, and rude in customer services.

The product is very nice but the Granite top came in without screw holes and that's what holds the sink on to the top along with glue. When I called the company to ask them if they would send me a new top they said it was on back order and all of those were spoke for and they were designing a new top and they would not be able to help me. They said that glue alone would be fine or that my contractor could drill out the holes for the sink. My contractor said that was not the case and now he is telling me he can't help me because he does not want to be responsible for the sinks falling from the top. He said he was afraid he would break the top if he tried to put the screw holes in the Granite top. I kept calling to see if the store had called the manufacturer but he would not answer or call me back after I left a few messages. I am very disappointed in the customer service and would never buy another product from them. This piece was very expensive.

I bought a single sink vanity March the 9th. Paid for it in full,, I was told 4-6 wks for delivery,
aprox 2wks later, they emailed me saying that the vanity i picked was out of stock, so I picked another one very similar,
So I waited, and waited, and waited, about a month went by, i called them, got the covid excuse blaming covid 19 for the reason its running late, 3 more wks called them again, same excuse, 3 more wks called, still nothing,( were going on 10wks) starting emailing them, asking where's my vanity!, sometimes they would email me back with a dumb excuse, sometimes they wouldn't even email me back, finally got it, IT TOOK OVER 4 MONTHS, then,,,, they emailed me saying that. U ready for this,,,,, before u sign ur name, check the vanity for damage, once u sign for it, ITS YOURS, but,,, the delivery guy said, i can't open it because its against their ( the trucking companys) policy. Luckily it wasn't damaged, will I buy from these people again. NO

Ordered my 72 inch James Martin Cottage White Bristol vanity from Listvanities. It arrived by tractor trailer carrier and we were allowed to check the condition before signing for the vsnity. It was packaged extremely well. Never saw anything like it. There was no way it could get damaged with all the protective packaging. We opened it up and it was do beautiful. The pictures on line were nice but didnt compare to how gorgeous this vanity really is. The quality was outstanding. We are so pleased. Listvanities keep us in the loop the entire time. We will definitely work with this company again.

Love my vanity!! It’s beautiful, they were so helpful and it shipped within a week! Everything was shipped in perfect condition.

I ordered a bathroom vanity frim this company. Seventeen days later, I sent an email asking the status as the online status just said not finished. I was told they could not access their warehouse for at least another week. I have contractors coming in 20 days and I obviously don't have time to play around, so I cancelled my order. The communication from their customer service was as follows:

Jeff,

We are an online retailer. We represent over 50 different manufactures of bath vanities and products, over 5000 bath vanities
alone. The bath vanities ship directly from each individual manufactures warehouse. This vanity that you ordered, this
manufacturers warehouse is temp shut down due to COVID-19. This is the case for every single online retailer you will come
across. All bath vanities ships like this. Home Depot, Loews, Houzz, Overstock, etc ect. Unfortunately this model will only come
available when the ban is lifted and they are able to return to the warehouse. In addition to the pandemic, there is the Tariff
war and Anti-dumping tax causes most Antique models like the one you purchased to be out of stock without any ETAs for
replenishment. Here are a few models, also in stock, in warehouses still active that we can ship out right away. Hope this clarity
can help with your decision.

I replied:

As I stated, please cancel this order. Home Depot has one in stock that will arrive by April 6th that I have ordered.

your fund first thing tomorrow.

They deliver within a reasonable time. They also communicate with their customers in a timely manner when an item is
delayed and don’t force the customer to come looking for you. My review will also reflect you abysmal customer service as well
as your denigration of a competitor’s wares.

I worked in IT customer service at NASA and I would never dream of speaking to a customer in this manner. If you condone this behavior, by all means, order from them. Like another poster has said, "Just hope nothing goes wrong!!!!"

I would highly recommend List Vanities. While I was unsure at first about ordering a vanity online, Ray made the experience a pleasure; he is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to find what you want. The vanity is beautiful and SOLID! This piece truly is the finishing touch on my master bath remodel.

I was thoroughly satisfied with List Vanities. They helped us get the vanity to complete our master bathroom remodel at an affordable price. Although their website is not ideal, after reaching out to them they worked with us to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a vanity to match our vision. Ray was especially helpful throughout the process -even after the order had shipped. I will definitely order from them again.

This is the most beautiful vanity. Everything was perfect. It came quickly from California to Louisiana. The 7ft mirror was very easy to hang with the special brackets it came with. There were no scratches or cracks or breaks of any kind. It is very well made and the marble top is beautiful. The man that took my order was very helpful and patient. I am 100% happy and everyone that sees my vanity thinks its beautiful.

I was a little leery of ordering a vanity online but this was a great experience! There was a wide selection to choose from, the prices were comparable or better than other stores i looked at, and there was great communication and customer service throughout the process. The vanity arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also ordered a faucet that i had to return, and received a prompt credit. Overall a great experience

I called customer service to answer a few questions about size, they were extremely kind and I ended up ordering the Brittany double vanity. Shipping was a little slow, but it came in great order!

Although the vanity itself is very nice looking, the design of this vanity is horrible. Where the cabinets are locate, the sink placement and back wall notches and boards make installing a bear! We have standard plumbing and had to drill holes in places that should not have to be drilled to align this unit to the plumbing. Also, shelves and drawers are in the way of the hoses that attach for plumbing, making more holes needing to be drilled through our expensive cabinet. If I would have know this (more real people need to leave reviews) we would have never ordered this model. Who designs something not made to fit the standard vanity plumbing? Something this expensive should not be that difficult to install. Very disappointed and this is why it is worth 2 stars.

For a recent project we had, we were looking for a bathroom vanity that was something rare and unique. We found listvaniites.com and couldn’t believe the selection, it is what they specialize in apparently. The site is beautifully designed, easy to navigate, and competitive in pricing. We had a number of questions on certainly models and questions were being answered via email within minutes! What set them apart and prompted us to write this review is an issue we had upon delivery. An emergency call was answered immediately, a solution was implemented, calls were made, and the problem was resolved. Great customer service, great site, great product. We will use them again for sure.
