Es una estafa , me dijeron que podía cancelar cuando quisiera y que era sin contrato , me pidieron a firmar un documento que supuestamente no era un contrato, ahora quieren seguirme cobrando sin haber tenido ningún beneficio, solo tuve 3 leads y ninguno de los 3 respondió cuando los contacté, no se puede cancelar por la web, envié un correo para cancelar y no quieren hacerlo, tuve que cancelar mi tarjeta de crédito y me amenazaron con tomar acción legal si no sigo pagando por un año. No se inscriban , es un timo.

Waste of time and money. After they get the payment no way to contact them. I sent a mail to cancel the account 4 months ago, get no reply and they charge the same way. Try to phone but looks it only works to sell the service.

Terrible ratio of quality per cost.
Terrible customer service.

I feel like I was scammed by Properstar/listglobally.

They promise leads, contacts, sales, visibility. In the end you get a bunch of nothing.

Never again.

Not a reputable company. No one can be reached. Once they get your credit or debit card information, they are done with you. You will get no service and pay a monthly subscription for nothing.

The service promised alot and delivered nothing. For 5 properties i received only 2 interests from 2 buyers that when i tried to contact back, noone was answering. When my 3 months subscription was about to end, i started receiving again insterst in my properties again from people that never replied back to my messages... what a coincidence. So that was 270 euro for receiving fake buyers

Worse of all, i was "reminded" 7 days before due date, that i had enroled for automatic renewal (I wasnot) and when i went to cancel that, i was advised that i should have done it 10 days before due date ( i was reminded 7 days before). when i tried to use their onlince cancelation form (as it was called) there was no option for canceling (!!!) then i tried to contact them trhough their chat and i was promised to be concacted on my phone and guess what.. noone ever called me (!!!). I also sent emails to their support and again... noone respondent. I was only contacted AFTER the date my bank account would get charged and only after they couldnot charge my bank account, nor my debit card, because i had made sure to empty my bank account and cancel my debit card... and only after that, i was told that the person incharge was on holidays and .... blah blah blah... and that my subscription was now canceled.

Of course i asked them to remunerate me for issuing an new debit card (there is a cost for that with my bank) and of course, i never heard back from them.

Be carefull, once you subscribe with them, you will get in trouble and there is noone to help you out off it !!!

I will never trust again a website, before i make sure they have a physical presence (address, telephine number, etc) in a country i can trust.

Es un grupo de estafadores, me llamaron para incluir mi propiedad en su página pero me cobraron y no se nada más de ellos. La empresa que me contacto fue Residences holiday.

This real state portal doesn’t publish the right piece of information . It doesn’t publish in 89 portals like the promise you ! Some of the portals doesn’t allow publish Brazilian properties but they sell this lied piece of information . Moreover , they sell you wrong product which is not specifically for your property and then , they contact you telling you the best to do to be more efficient is to do an upgrade . They should be more ethical and sell you the more appropriate package for your property ! And when you require the cancellation , they don’t give you assistance and don’t cancel your subscription!
There ‘s no ethics !!

Desde que me uní a sus servicios, no tengo ningún apoyo ni apoyo de la asistente - Olga Cardenas. Me cobraron la cuota mensual y de nuestras 30 propiedades, solo tenemos 15. Nuestro Perfil está mal. Y en este momento nadie responde a nuestras llamadas ni responde a los correos electrónicos, en sus servicios. ¡¡HORRIBLE!! Exijo que cancelen los servicios y nos devuelvan el dinero!! Saludos

Cómo cliente de esta plataforma, debo decir que aprecio la atención de Roxana, quien ha sido mi ejecutiva de cuenta desde el principio y me ha enseñado a aprovechar este recurso, me avisa de las promociones, y me da recomendaciones para mejorar.
A diario Listglobally canaliza la comunicación es con mis clientes potenciales .

Listed a house on 98 portals and supposedly had 75 people for traffic? Received one inquiry who found me on facebook and wanted to "get to know me better". I already knew that I would not list for the following 3 months. Well, they took another 150 dollars from me automatically without informing me at all. I can't change my account information so basically they can do what ever they want to your credit card. They never responded to my emails.

Shady business, which charges very high premium to "publish" listing on multi platform, though if not using their links that they provide you will never find this listing on the platform directly.

We were publishing 12 listings with most expensive promotions, only response we got was scam messages
