Came out at time arranged and within 20mins had diagnosed the problem with our American fridge freezer
Ordered the part for next day delivery and again turned up bang on the arranged time. 30mins later all fixed
Very reasonable price
Excellent service
Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for all further breakdowns we have.

Very nice gentleman came to fix our washing machine, listened carefully to the 'symptoms' of the washing machine, fixed it and explained the problem to us afterwards. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others to use.

Make sure you really need an engineer before putting in a request
I'm giving four stars because Lincs Appliance repairs are a good company and attend promptly. However, make sure you really need an engineer before requesting a callout as there's no way to cancel a call or get hold of anyone once this is in place.
I thought my fridge wasn't working and requested an engineer, then realised the temperature dial was turned the wrong way and once this was corrected the appliance was fine. I tried to contact the company to cancel but the phone number just directs you to the website and, once the engineer is on his rounds, he doesn't see emails.
Update on 23rd May 2024: I appreciate being refunded half of the callout charge....thanks Frank! Sorry to write a somewhat negative review but thought others might find it useful.

Hi, thanks for your review and as you rightly said being the busy engineer I am out and about I only get chance to see emails on my return to the office. The system is in place to save both sides time and money keeping the charges low alround. Hopefully you have now received the 50% refund I applied.

Impressed by the speedy response - I booked the appt after midnight & the engineer was on my doorstep at 8:30 am that morning!
To be fair, there wasn't much for him to do & the problem was resolved within minutes, so thank you for your timely & excellent service 👍
