Lil tracker is one of the best services around. I can locate my kids without any issues. Highly recommend

I bought 2 of the kids 4G LTE watches, one for my 6 year old daughter and the other for my 5 year old son, I bought them because I worry about them and wanted to be able to help them if needed, I wasn't sure these were going to work so well, but it was worth the try. My wife and I have been pleasantly surprised, at just how well they work not only as a tracker but as a phone, my son called my wife almost immediately upon leaving the house. My wife picked up the phone and heard my son screaming "The turkey is attacking me" what is funny to us now could have been a lot worse for my son had he not been able to get help. So not only were we pleased with the fact that he was able to use the watch perfectly but that the watch without flaw followed through. The kids just love them, of course we have made ground rules they must follow while in school but outside of that. They call each other in the yard playing games and because we can choose 10 number they can call, their grandparents now get random calls.

The only tricky parts I encountered. 1. Was the sim card I bought with the watch, it didn't work for me as that provider didn't have very good coverage in my area. So a very quick visit to a local provider and vola, works great. Very easy to set up and very easy for kids to use.

2. The app. I've done alot of research and this app is still the best. But you need to be alittl patient when locating, because it decides on its own to use GPS, WiFi, and LBS. The most accurate being GPS second WiFi and the worst LBS. Sometimes it goes in to LBS because maybe the other 2 aren't available, (we live in the country ) probably not a huge issue in cities. And it gets lost. But when it bounces back its bang on.

And everything else about the app is awesome.

So glad we found these watches and the customer service has been so amazing and shipping from Quebec to Alberta only took 5 days. Thumbs up

I purchased this for my nephew for his birthday and it completely didn't work. I called customer service to advise that the watch was reporting the completely wrong location and it was brutal to even get ahold of someone there when I did speak with someone they were very rude. They were not able to fix the issue and I've spent $350 on a watch that doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.

They say they love to do support, and they aren't kidding! Joya knew the products inside out and was able to talk me through absolutely everything I needed to know in a single phone call. The communication was speedy and follow-up rock solid. A pleasure to deal with these lovely folks.

bought two of these watches for my children. I found the set up a bit tricky but Joya in customer care was absolutley amazing in getting the watches up and running for me. Joya provided the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I am extremely happy with the watches. Good quality and have all the features I was looking for (my kids think they are pretty fun too). Would highly recommend these watches for any parent.

My experience with Lil Tracker and customer service Jonathan Boyd has been nothing short of amazing. This man went out of his way on more than one occasion to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and walked me through setting the watch up.

My grandson loves his watch and I am at peace of mind knowing I can locate him at any given time.

I haven't found any trackers out there for kids that have EVERYTHING that Lil Tracker offers. This is by far the best product and service for your buck. First of all, the watches are sharp-looking at my kids like to wear them. They come with a bunch of screens that the kids can easily navigate. My oldest likes to call me from her watch to voice-chat, especially when showing off to friends:) My youngest loves the Steps tracker and we often find her running around in the house and then stopping to check her watch! The app itself wasn't my favorite when I first signed up, because I've seen more user-friendly apps with other trackers and was hoping it would be better. But I've been told the app is going to be totally made over in the coming months, and then I think this product will be perfect. My most used feature is calling in to the watch (without the kids knowing) and listening to their surroundings. Once I hear them laughing and having fun, I can be sure they are okay when out of sight. Even better than the watch features is the customer service. I've been using Lil Tracker devices for a few years and the staff know me by name and have called me to check in and let me know about deals (including free months on my membership) and have gotten a hold of me right away when I've emailed a question or concern. I have one child that is special needs and a runner. This watch has been a God-send for our family and for the school - who can also be individually added as care-givers. The map pinpoints her exact location. The battery lasts all day and sometimes a couple days, depending how often they play with it. Oh! Another thing that I find handy is that I can set time frames for the watch to be "locked" and they cannot play with it or make calls (other than SOS) and I use this during school hours. I have recommended this watch to many other families, especially those with special needs kids. We used to have a tracker (I won't name which one) that had a "better" app, but it was double the price and had limited features beyond the tracking. Also it was a lot bigger, needed to be affixed to the child's clothing, and was not water resistant. I've been waiting for a pet tracker to come out.. because I trust this company with my family's safety! They've proven to be reliable and kind of make us feel like family. I'm telling you, once you're able to track your most precious little family members, it's pretty hard to imagine ever being without the Lil Tracker in your life. Well worth the cost.

My kids watch got damaged in water and Joya T walked me through all options to recover the watch and when that it not work offered me warranty options for a replacement. Amazing support team member you have LILTRACKERS!!!

I am giving one star only because I can’t give zero. I bought two Lil Tracker watches for Christmas presents. On Christmas Day, I tried to set up the watches and was unable to get them to work. Lil tracker was closed until after the New Year. I called and left a message with Lil tracker. We had several calls and emails back and forth. For nearly a month, I tried to get the watches to work. We receive delivery of these watches December 20, 2021. I had emailed Adam, on January 21, 2022 that I wanted to return these watches because of the frustration of trying to get them set up. We talked on the phone and he told me that it was past the 30 day return period. I understand it was past the 30 day return, but they were also closed from Christmas to New Year’s Day which I don’t think should’ve counted in the 30 day time period.
On top of the watches not working the app is terrible. Every time you open it there is an ad every time you switch the screen there is a different ad. You have to pay so that you can use the app without ads.
I had purchased the Sim cards from Speed Talk which Lil Tracker recommended. I also contacted Speed Talk several times trying to get the watches to work.
I am very disappointed that Lil Tracker does not stand behind their product.

The watch works as a watch. However, it is an unreliable device to track your children. Many times I was unable to locate/contact my child. I strongly urge parents to not use this device as any means of communication with or tracking your child.

The kids watch is a decent build quality, but after you purchase the watch and data plan you have to subscribe to block ads on the App.

Update: I’ve used the watch for a while now and I’d say the cost is minimal for the service it provides. After more then a year of use I’d say we’re happy with our purchase.

The app is nothing but problems. And the return process is 15-20 emails telling you to talk to someone else. They said I could return the charge cable since it hadn’t been opened but did not give me a credit. The $50 watch on Amazon is crappy but much better!!

The app is crappy English and barely works. Battery life didn’t even make it through a whole school day. Within 4 months it stopped booting altogether. Nearly three months later I’m still trying to get them to honour the warranty. Waste of money and my son still can’t call me if he falls on a bike ride. I’m so angry.

The lil tracker watch for seniors does not work and the tech support is unable to resolve the issue even after sending a replacement watch.

One of the only tracking watches that works with Telus and Bell in Canada. Great customer service from Adam at Liltracker! The watch is a good quality too.

My daughter loves her new watch! We have some peace of mind. Highly recommend.

The Kids tracker works really well and my daughter just loves it. Best of all, I can track or talk to her anytime, especially when she is with the two timing slut, err, I mean her mom.
