Delivery
The driver always delivers our orders to a neighbour while we are always available. He never buzzes as, I believe he delivered to this other business daily so he just drops our Lil Packaging orders there too. As you can understand this is rather frustrating, as the neighbour is not next door and we have to carry the heavy boxes back to our office, sometimes we need to do more than one trip.

Thank you for your review. You should be able to go into the tracking with DPD and specify a safe place to leave the parcel as they shouldn't be leaving them with a neighbour unless that has been asked, .So we apologise on behalf of DPD for that. Tracking details are always sent and with those there are various options on the page regarding the delivery.
