Customer Service is awful once they…
Customer Service is awful once they have your money.Placed an order on the 10th chose My Hermes for shipping as Royal Mail in my area are very slowand I knew Hermes was the faster option and my order would arrive in good time got a email the same day to say it had been shipped with a Hermes tracking link that didnt work.Messaged seller on the 11th to question why the link wasnt working to be told it had been sent Royal Mail and hadnt been sent on the 10th when the shipping email was given but that day the 11th.I havent been provided with sufficient tracking so having no idea where my order is or what time of day its going to come I have been unable to leave the house.Its now been over delivery time with still no sign of my order and I am moving out of area wont recieve my order of over £60 worth of goods and the seller is disinterested and refusing refund even though their mistake is the reason why my order is either missing or hasnt arrived.Considering the amount if money spent with them already this month having made 2 orders previous the customer service is disgraceful

I am sorry you have chosen to leave a bad review especially as you have stated you have used us before and not had cause to do the same.
I will address your concerns in the order you have made them. Firstly the date your order was dispatched. I apologise if there has been any confusion. I did advise in a previous message to you that your order was dispatched on the 11th however this was wrong and it was shipped on the 10th. You then advise that you had chosen Hermes as your delivery method and not Royal Mail. We offer options for paid or free delivery services. The Free Delivery service doesn't give an option of whether we use Royal Mail or Hermes and is based on the weight of the package. Under 2kg is sent by Royal Mail and over 2kg is sent by Hermes. It would appear the tracking system wrongly allocated the parcel. We apologise again if this caused confusion. We currently do not offer tracked services however both Royal Mail and Hermes do offer a delivery confirmation. Tracked services are something we are looking to introduce in the future
You state that your order has now been over it's delivery time, however we do not give a timescale on our Free Delivery option and as per our delivery terms both couriers would normally advise to allow 10 working days after the expected delivery date, this has now been increased to 20 days due to the current Coronavirus pandemic on top of the normal expected increase of post at this time of year.
You have advised that due to you moving the parcel may not reach you. If this should occur then the post will be returned to us and you will have the option of having the item redelivered or a refund given.
Unfortunately it would appear the main grievance in your review is not with ourselves but with delays with the courier providers we use. Whilst we are both sympathetic and understanding we do have to allow time for them to resolve their issues.
We have been in constant contact with you since you placed your order and find it saddening that you choose to label our customer service as awful. We will continue to monitor your order to ensure a satisfactory resolve for you but this can only be done in the outlined timescales.

Thank you for leaving a lovely review. For those reading John identified a problem with our free delivery not applying when we reduced the price of our nappies. Rather than walk away we were contacted so we could resolve the issue. We would like to give 5 stars to our customer. We are just a small business and without such great customers we would struggle to identify and resolve what can seem a small problem, but to a small independent business can cause big problems.

Excellent service regardless of current pandemic
I have used Lilly's twice now and been pleasantly surprised both times. Despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, and selecting 2md class delivery option in the check out my order has arrived both times within 5 days.
Orders do some in unsustainable packaging which is something they could look into changing in the future, but in the whole very impressed.

Hi Lucy. Thank you for the lovely review. We are always looking to improve our shipping and packaging and have recently moved to cardboard packaging for our larger orders. We are hoping to move over to cardboard packaging on our smaller orders soon. We hope you enjoy using your cloth nappies and look forward to seeing some pictures x

Brilliant and speedy service!
I placed my order with Lilly's cloth nappies for 5 nappies, several different inserts and paper liners and they were delivered the very next day! The quality of the nappies is fantastic and there was even a surprise gift in the box!! I had messaged Lilly's to ask for some advice on the different inserts for pocket nappies and they were very quick to reply and incredibly helpful. I have met them at a showcase before and they are very knowledgeable, passionate and patient. I 100% recommend their company!
