I wouldn’t recommend this company they have a very short returns period and the staff are rude. I am now stuck with a pair of curtains I don’t want. Looks like others have had a poor experience too.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Bought three Tiffany style glass light shades from this company. Two of them were perfect but one arrived damaged. The company is refusing a replacement or refund because this wasn’t reported in the first 48 hours. Extremely unhelpful staff. Surely this is illegal?
Would avoid buying from this company.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that one of your shades encountered some damage. I note that this was reported a month after you received it.
We are very clear with our 48 hour period to check items as after this, the goods are no longer covered by our insurance, but yours. We communicated this clearly on four occasions - before the purchase, on your sales invoice, on the dispatch notification email and in the paperwork with your order.
We have found you the cheapest possible way of fixing the issue.
We have acted fairly and in accordance with the terms and conditions that you agreed to at the point of purchase. I can't understand why that you think we should be liable for damage that has occured at some point after a month in your care.

Beware of strict returns policy
Lights delivered whilst I was away, on return found that they did not look as we had hoped.
Asked to return the lights but apparently it was day 16 and I only had until day 14 to request a return.
Zero flexibility from customer service team.
Not customer focussed.
Not what you expect in this day and age.

Had you let us know that you were on holiday, we could have held on to your order and arranged delivery for any date that suited you which would have alleviated this situation.

Looking for something special for our…
Looking for something special for our new conservatory. We had looked everywhere. Walked into the lighting company where we were shown several great lights and were advised what to avoid. The lights arrived in plenty of time for fitting and look amazing.

Poor returns policy
I ordered glass light pendants which didn't sit straight - they flopped to one side. Returned, and ordered the returns label in 14 days but I misunderstood the policy and I didn't send the products back for them to arrive within 14 days - they arrived 5 days outside that. I would not recommend using unless you're content with this returns policy risk.

Excellent service. I purchased a beautiful chandelier which arrived within a few days. All packed up very nicely with a few spare parts which came in handy as I broke one of the hanging Chrystal pendants. I will be shopping here for another light very soon.

Excellent service from The Lighting Company, I even received an email checking in case I had forgotten to purchase bulbs (I already had some at home), my order arrived quickly and I received a follow-up email to make sure I was happy with the service. I would highly recommend. The light looks beautiful and is of high quality.

Having mistakenly ordered the wrong size lights (Purely my own fault), I asked to return them.
Rhyce was back in touch immediately, offering suggestions for the correct size replacement, recommending shipping and sorting the difference in value between the two items immediately.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Sorry for this but warned you action…
Sorry for this but warned you action would be taken. Ordered and paid by PayPal for goods 3 weeks after no goods arrived and no human reply to both my emails only received an unpaid invoice, text you again but no response. Now had to take action with PayPal to intervene. Appreciate holiday period taken into consideration but this now has been ongoing since 4/12/2022.
