Macbrookgas.co.uk did the installation , and apart from a few hiccups , all I had to do was contact their office and it was sorted . Very happy indeed , its made my life so much easier , and engineers explained what they were doing ,and when the work was completed , set every thing up for me , and showed me how to change settings if need be . Many thanks to all concerned.

Lifetimesavings sent a leaflet through our post and from the moment we contacted them, they were extremely helpful. We were a little suspicious at first as the offer seemed too good to be true but we are now at the end of this process and there were no hidden catches.

What a great company, the install was hassle free and quick, the men doing it (Marcus and Tom and Martin) were very respectful and kind and went out of their way to make it all run smoothly, even calling afterwards to check all was working and we had no problems, would definately recommend.

Really happy with all the work done in my home. I was kept up to date with all the work being done, all the people involved was brilliant.

I received an email from Lifetimesavings about the ECO4 government grant and initially ignored it as it seemed too good to be true.
I then checked the gov.uk website in relation to the grant and thought it may be worth responding thinking I maybe eligible for solar panels.
The Lifetimesavings team came back to me promptly and started the ball rolling with applying for the grant, they spoke to me over the phone and updated me every step of the way through email.
They helped me gain approval for the grant via my local council and then introduced me to the installation team, Macbrook Gas who again were very informative, efficient and professional.
The end result was amazing, not just solar panels but an air source heat pump system too, I still can’t believe that from one initial email my home is now fully working on renewable energy.
I can’t thank Lifetimesavings enough 😊

Lifetime savings team were responsive, supportive and friendly. Sadly, I didn’t qualify following the engineer survey but this was not lifetime savings fault. 5 stars all around though for their drive to help you get funding for insulation and heating improvements.

Awesome Awesome Awesome, bloke came to the door “want some free solar panels?” didn’t believe a word of it, showed me a list of various medical conditions “if you have any of these you might qualify” blah blah blah, he left some paperwork and I said ok I’d take a look, a few emails went back and forth, detailing who I needed to contact at the council, but afterwards they did it all, long story short, in the space of 2 days I had 15 new radiators, an air source heat pump, water tank and 8 solar panels fitted, didn’t cost me a single penny, still can’t believe it, get in while you can!

From start to finish was very happy with the service and the men who were here on a very wet misable day got on with the job thanks guys

Fully funded solar panels, the tradesmen were friendly polite neat and tidy , nothing was to much. The office staff kept me informed from start to finish, which was only a 4 week process, from getting told about the solar panels to them being installed
