I gave this company my details and stated from the beginning that I had no NCB as I had only been a named driver on a traders policy for over 30 years. They sorted a policy but after I paid the fee the insurance company emailed me asking for proof of 5 years NCB or could not insure me . Lifestyle will not agree it is their fault and refuse to give me a full refund.

Joanne Campbell is 100% excellent at her job. Joanne answered all my questions, patient in helping me through my needs for my insurance. Called back promptly. I cannot say enough about Joanne at Lifestyle.

We have had our fleet insurance renewed through them. Martin was quick to respond and came back with a competitive quote. When I needed amendments, they were dealt with quickly and accurately.

Great service UNTIL you have paid them.
Once paid for there is no customer service, and getting reply’s is impossible when your needing something from them.
Then going through complaints procedure, I got to speak to the director of the company who is just as rude as the rest of the staff there.
Makes sense really.

I have had mobile phone insurance cover with Lifestyle through nationwide building society, have done for a number of years. In that time I have had to make four claims and I can recommend this company. I have always been happy with the outcome of the claim and it seems easy enough. You may have to be patient for the process, and I know being without a mobile is difficult, but they have dealt with my claims within the time limits promised (despite covid) so I would recommend this company

Sent me a faulty replacement device after advising me they don’t send out refurbished replacements. Managed was meant to respond to complaint with a call back with 24 hours - that never happened. I’d avoid.

Don’t use it please they just take money and give you stress and threat you that you are fraud even we pay monthly and still we are fraud

Terrible, appalling, dreadful.
Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have come across.
Do not use this company as they are complete time wasters and I am shocked they are allowed to trade.
You have been warned!!

Was with this company for 15 years with a combined motor traders and property policy, I was contacted out of the blue that they was going to cancel the policy in 14 days with no explanation as to why, now they are refusing to give me any proof of my 10 years no claims which is causing problems in trying to sort out my new insurance. Can never speak to anyone on the phone and when you do no one knows anything and they just transfer the call to someone just as rude arrogant and unhelpful......please do not use this company avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Recently took out a policy with lifestyle insurance was lied to several times in phone calls company refused to even listen to tapes total liers do not use

AVOID AT ALL COST, sold me a totally unsuitable traders policy in October, had to get a PROPER policy elsewhere, charged me £100 cancellation fee then took over 2 months & numerous phone calls / e mails to refund me less than half of the money they charged me,
REAL BUNCH OF CHANCERS, AVOID AT ALL COST, NOT WORTH THE BOTHER.

Liars. They wait until the last day and they do not give you the claim bonus (or tell you the bonus that you have) so you wouldn't be able to make an insurance elsewhere. When you call to ask something, they do not pick up until at least the 20th attempt, and when they do, they shout at you. And if you ask for the manager, they never get them as they are "unavailable". When you call again in hopes of another (more helpful) employee, the same one picks up and they do not even give you their name when you ask so that they wouldn't get complained about. I highly recommend for you to stay as far from this company as possible. They do not care about their clients at all, they only care about the money they make!

Nightmare insurance brokers is how best to sum up this outfit, wish i had read their online reviews before taking out a policy with them that doesn't really give me much cover on based on the small print

AVOID at all costs. Mis-sold me a policy with incorrect cover and they are now saying they won’t refund my deposit for over a month! Financial ombudsman is being contacted! Once again, AVOID

Started my traders motor trade policy with these guys on the 15th of may 2017. And today they have just decided to cancel my policy due to me not being able to provide my years bonus. Even after exainng I wouldn't be able to provide it due to the no fault claim still being active even 8 months down the line. The accident was someone reversed into my vechicle in a carpark. But since I wasn't at my car at the time of the accident t it's given the 3rd party room to litigate apparently. Because of this my new policy has now been terminated.

Lifestyle Insurance Brokers instead of saying right ok we can not include the bonus and instead we will try and add an additional premium to reflect this change they just terminated my policy and have now left me high and dry taking £402 of my hard earned money.

I'm beyond furious I'm livid, it angers me so much. As there are people who drive the roads of the uk and beyond with no insurance what so ever and people like myself are left paying the ultimate price for this.

Now I'm left with no insurance and stranded away on holiday with my wife and child. With no way of being able to get my car or family home.

Stay away from this guys very poor service
