Ordered a water proof jacket which arrived within 2 days. I needed a larger size(too many cakes!), return was quickly confirmed and another despatch organised. Backed up by good conversations . Excellent customer service. Will use again.

Delivery was good
Delivery was good, just they advertised a discount on their website and the code didn’t work. When querying they advised that the discount had ended (but was still on their website - and was removed when I questioned it) and they offer significant discounts ( which they did but no more or less than other suppliers )
Just left a bit of a bad taste.
But delivery was quick and efficient

We appreciate you stating that delivery was good and you still went ahead because we offered the best discount and price. Your item was reduced by a whole 25% (£50). We made you aware the spring discount code ended in May and we instead are applying discounts directly to the products. So, in this case we told you that rather than a 5% discount code, you got a 25% discount directly to the Holebrook. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a "double bubble", set of two discounts on one product. It is very common for sign posts to events and offers that have expired to be still out and about a day or two after the event, before they are cleaned up and put away. We removed the expired discount sign post as soon as we could. Many Thanks Peter

I went for Birkenstock Bostons at a really good price. Lots of upfront info provided including a line at the top about them being 'non-returnable' I knew my size, and liked the khaki green on offer so very happy.

I would never leave a negative review however I am so appalled with my experience I had to share it. The colour of the shoes received was completely different to the image on site. I had requested a refund as I product was falsely advertised. I was informed that they have a no refund policy, and that this is stated below the payment option. As this disclaimer was at the bottom of the screen, under the payment option, it was not seen before purchase. Customer service is not great at all. They took over a week to respond to my email, instead of responding the owner decided to view my linked in profile. I’m not sure what kind of business you’re running why you would use customer data to view their online accounts. If you’re going to stalk customers please turn off profile viewing. Highly unprofessional, definitely do not recommend.

Thanks for your review and feedback. It allows us one more time to repeat what we have said in other revews, from the very interesting Birkenstock community.
Selling Khaki Green soft footbed Birkenstocks at a massively reduced price has been a really interesting experience for us. Most customers were happy to get a deal and read in advance all the details we provided, including the unusual sizing, and our suggestion to NOT buy them from us if you are not sure about your size, or colour and they do not suit you. We got 5 out of 5 ratings from many who liked the price, the free delivery and the colour.
Then there were a handful of others, who got exactly the same Birkenstock Sandal, delivered quickly, for free, at a really low price. Did they give us the same 5/5 rating? No. Our research and learning has shown, no mattter how much detail you put in the product description, a minority of people simply do not read anything about the product they are buying, and then attempt to engineer reasons to opt out of the agreement made afterwards. We say do NOT buy Birkenstocks from us if you do not know what you need, as they are none returnable, as the packaging and show gets damaged in transit and are not re-sellable.
As for us looking at social media profiles, that are in the public domain, advertising their information to everyone , this is what happens in industry and retail and on social media. All customers and target customers are researched to better understand what demographic buys from us, who gives us great rating (98%) and who gives us poor ratings, (1%) so we can understand who is saying what. This is sales, marketing and data analysis 101.
It is very interesting what we have learned as there is clear data on who is usually really happy, and those that attempt to skirt around the terms.
One massive learning exercise is that we will NEVER EVER sell Birkenstocks again on a heavy discount, as it attracts problem buyers.
The data shows on Trustpilot, that offering a major sale on one specific Khaki Green Birkenstock Style has brought out some of the worst types of online buyers. We have 6 months of 5/5 ratings, then we put Birkenstocks on a sale, and we suddenly get a glut of 1 out of 5 ratings all in the same month
As stated, we have learned a great deal about buying behaviour across certain demographics.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, item I wanted was available in the size and colour which was great.
Only down side was the free postage is a poor service and if I was paying for it I wouldn’t wait days for the post office to deliver, there are better service providers, so to achieve 5 stars from myself I’d suggest upgrading (not cost) your delivery options for customers. 4 days in still no real idea when item will be delivered.😫

On the delivery specifically, we see you selected our free delivery option, and your delivery left us Monday and was safely delivered today, Thursday, so three working days. We have two upgrade options for faster delivery if needed.
Our priority is safe, confirmed delivery for our customers and Royal Mail are far and away the most reliable for tracking and safe delivery as the Posties know the local area, streets and roads better than any other delivery option. Only EVRI comes close on cost, and as we all know, they are awful at delivery and we cannot take this risk. Many Thanks again Peter

It is just me, so it is just me who is arrogant. Just a tiny shop in Cornwall.
We see you bought the Birkenstocks, we had on a special sale.
I spent time creating our menu detailing everything for these Sandals, so everyone can study and read in advance all the info, including the offer which stated they were non-returnable, as the packaging box gets beaten up in transit
We assume you did not read the menu about what you were buying.
We assume you bought the Birkies, not knowing anything about them.
We sold 35 pairs in our sale. 97% of our customers were happy. Several of them gave us 5/5 ratings on here, for exactly the same service and product you got.
3% complained Kkaki Green was unexpectedly Khaki Green, and wanted to return them, having not read the menu we created for them to read, detailing everything.
Imagine giving a restaurant 1/5 for a dish, having not read the menu about the dish, what it contained, etc. Imagine calling the chef arrogant, when they refer you to the menu...that's what you have just done...
