This website it's rubbish! They don't replay to the emails or the contact form, that's for nothing there. They charged me a day earlier and I canceled my membership on the day I knew I have to. Now, they took my money anyways and can't do more tests because the membership it's canceled. There is no one to talk to for refund or to open my membership.
It's disgusting!
On top of that some questions were wrong and it's not fully updated with the new terms after the Queen's passing!

Even 1 star is too much for this pile of rubbish centre, Absolutely frustrating.
I was on my way to the test centre which I have received an email from test centre that your test has been cancelled because of emergency medical that happened to our colleagues.(hope your life remains in full of stress and medical conditions to understand my situation on that time)
Just 2 hours before my test!!!! Can you believe??? If exact things happens to the candidates, they never accept any excuse and easily eat your money .
It looks we living in jungle there is no law for them, just we have to respect to the invisible law
My question is why we have to cancel it 72 hours before the test but you can cancel it at any time you like ? Do you understand people have plans? Do you have something called brain on your skull to think?
Anyway called to the customer service they were just sorry and gave me a suggestion: call to the case worker and extend your time???? It looks they living in Mars and have no idea we are living in the uk with a jungle law

During my time taking the `life in the uk´ test i completed and passed said test.
Afterwards i got an email with congratulations on passing on 4th March in email the only link available takes youy back to re-apply to the same test.
this was very confusing and also i had to pay 50 pounds again.
Not knowingat the time afterwards i was told this was the same test that i already had passed i was refused a refund even with proof that i completed this test before.
The lady resetting me up to take the test again was not helpful when i told her i already took this test,she grabbed her colleage and asked if she remember me,to which she replied yes(which did not seen true).
So after knowing i have passed the test with proof i was still refused a refund which i was told was not the first refund for this problem today!
This is completely unacceptable as i expected a lot higher standards from a goverment related company.

The number of people saying they cant cancel their membership here is hilarious. There is literally a "cancel membership" button in your account, which I can confirm works as youd expect it to. I signed up for premium and cancelled within the free month, no money was taken from my account.

The mock test itself is good practice and I encountered a good few of the questions on my actual test. Read the book as the website recommends, practice the test and youll be fine.

Took one star off because they havent updated the questions about the monarch sinse the Queen's pasing.

At this stage I highly recommend this service, I did the practice tests multiple times and passed my test no problem first attempt. I've not experienced what the bad reviews have said and cancelled my subscription today with seemingly no issue at all. I don't think I'd have fared as well without the practice tests so for me it has been worth while. Thank you

This company is taking money without authorization. I have entered my bank details before reading in Trustpilot, then I read the bad reviews and I did not finish my registration in their website. Now I saw they have taken money from my bank account.
I will do everything to report them to the relevant authorities.

I can’t login as it says my password is incorrect, I can’t request a new password, the contact form does not work, absolute FRAUD!!!!!

Once you join membership they will take your money and not cancel your membership. Membership cancellation form doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. My log in on the website doesn't work either to cancel my membership. Horrendous.

Terrible service. They don't allow for rescheduling or refunds for bookings within three days. Had to book twice because of a change in plan, even though I tried to make the change within an hour of making the booking. Even airlines allow for changes if you call them within the hour.

This is an excellent website to practice for your Life in the UK test! I've just passed the real test today (16.07.22) on my very first attempt!
Well worth it, I would highly recommend!

I have passed my Life in the UK test today. It was the first time I took the test and I decided to book it just yesterday before midnight. I practised tests from this website but I did not pay one penny. I just practised the tests which were available for free and I studied the official book at the same time. It worked very well. The test at the centre was very similar to those you can find on the Lifeintheuktests website but having studied the book helped me to answer the questions I never found on the website.

Once you join membership, you cant cancel it. You cancel, your account is being removed, no confirmation of cancellation but they still take the money away. Contact form on website does not work!

Forget this scam.
Don't join the premium membership.
No way to cancel and contact form always have error. Email also no feedback.
Use the other material is better way to save money.

The money was taken from my account before the deadline, the questions do not correspond to those questions that are on the test.

I realized at short notice that I needed to do a Life in the UK test for my Indefinite Leave to Remain status. Having the manual and practice tests online was a fantastic resource.

I was initially worried whether it was legit, just because of the high stakes of the test, but I needn't have worried. After using this site, I passed the test the first time. I read through the manual, made tables, graphs, timelines, created mnemonics, looked up additional materials (examples of artists' work, etc), and took the practices tests, repeating the ones on which I scored lower. It was a ton of work, but I was acing the tests by the time I was taking the last practice tests on the site.

The surprise came when I took my actual test. It was easier than the practice tests. And it focused quite heavily on current life in the UK country in which I live (Northern Ireland). This was alluded to somewhere (in the manual?) but I didn't realize the extent to which this would be the case.

In gist, the site is legit, and it was effective in preparing me for the test.

Website is excellent, I just passed the test today thanks to it.

Originally I read through the online version of the book (google uk.tso.life.2013) and did the practice tests from the government (google gov.uk.life.test.2013). I then took the test and just failed (I got 17/24). I discovered that the real test questions were much harder than the government practice test questions.

Then I started using this website, and went through all the free tests, and found that they were much more like the real test questions, some of the questions were the exact ones I saw in my test.

I signed up for a premium account, and did a bunch more practice tests, and the second time through I passed.

I'm not sure what the review below means by "can't cancel", when you log in to the website there's a Cancel button under Account that I just clicked, seems to work, I got a "Your membership has been cancelled" email. Account details say it's £0.00 and then £10/month afterwards. Not sure how long the free period lasts (I guess the first month?) but I cancelled after 1 day, and other than the active card check, I haven't been charged anything. I feel a bit bad about it, it's a really nicely-put-together website, it got me through the test, and I didn't pay anything for it.

One suggestion for the website owners, can you show the notes underneath even when you get the question right (at the moment they only show if you get it wrong)? Sometimes I just guessed right by accident.

I used the premium membership to track my progress and passed it the first time! Lucky! Sometimes the english is not the best apparently, but it did not bother me much! :-) Thanks a lot guys!

The tests are very good for practising for the real one, strongly recommend! 👍

Very helpful website and the app is perfect. 1 month premium and practiced all the exams few times and passed test without any problems.
