Liberty Shield has an excellent tech support department. If there is a problem and there will always be problems from time to time, with Liberty Shield you are facing the Top Customer Service I have ever experienced. They reply with a couple of hours, solve the problem within a day.

OK the Liberty Shield Router is not the cheapest option, but it is the best.

Great customer service - even on a Sunday. Angela was able to remotely add my upgraded router to my account within a few minutes of my email. I’m really happy with the speed of the newer upgraded router too, 3-4 times faster than the lite model. Would recommend paying the extra and getting the pro version.

I have used Libertyshield routers for over 7 years for connection to the USA from our home in Hungary. As any VPN with streaming services there are occasional hiccups with providers like Hulu and Netflix, but the reason Libertyshield stands out is their fabulous service. I mean REAL service - quick response, no BS, straight talk help. They are awesome!!!!

Just the pure commitment and speed to assist an individual customer probably several thousand miles away. No other tech company seems to respond as Liberty does !

I use liberty shield routers for many of my clients and if there are ever any issues the customer service team always respond and resolve within 10/15 mins maximum.

There are a lot of VPN providers out there. It's a bit of a minefield in terms of support. But I've used Liberty Shield (and the parent co, Scot Hosts) for about 15 years, and have received nothing but excellent service from them. The tech support is second to none. An example - last week, I was unable to log in to UK services with my VPN. I emailed LibertyShield support at 7.30pm. At 8.30, I got a reply stating that they had received my email, checked my router remotely, updated it, reconnected it, and it would now work. I tried it. It did. Amazingly rapid service from helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable personnel.

Quick and technically functional response to an issue with the server.

My router got fried during a power outage, the team at LibertyShield had me up and running with a preconfigured router within 24 hours from the time it happened.
