Excellent service

Excellent service, got in touch with problem, reply arrived very quickly, with instructions on what to do next. Viewing restored , all done within half an hour . Also replied to my confirmation of tv working . 😁

Fixing my connection issue…

Am a new subscriber amd when connected the VPN,’the wi-fi kept dropping. A quick email to Angela to explain my frustration was dealt with straight away. A re-set their end, some super easy to follow re-boot instructions and problem solved. All working as it should.

Best Customer Service

Liberty Shield provide absolutely the best customer service and I recommend them highly. The team respond quickly and are very helpful and knowledgeable. The particular VPN issue we had was easily resolved with their advice and I wish I had known about Liberty Shield sooner. We have been using their box for a month with no problems, less stress and peace of mind. Heartfelt thanks to all the team!

Keith was just great.

Keith was just great, incredibly fast response on New Year's Day. He explained with sensitivity that my VPN had expired due to its being in my husband's name (he has recently passed away and his bank account closed). He explained exactly what I should do to reinstate the account, and within minutes it was up and running again. I continue to be impressed with the great customer service from LibertyShield.
