Liberty Shield VPN & Proxy Recensioni 

I bought the liberty shield lite vpn router to use to access uk based streaming services while i am out of the uk. The setup was easy and initially the box worked perfectly, giving me speeds of around 28-30mbps.

However the next day for some reason the speed dropped to around 0.15-0.2mbps, so i fired off an email to their support, assuming i'd get a response over the next few days. Incredibly, within two minutes Jason at Liberty Shield support was on the case, and after about ten minutes the issue was completely resolved. It's now been three days and the connection has been great so far, all uk services are up and running without the usual buffering that i got from other paid vpns.

This is a great example of how great customer service can transform a bad user experience into a great one.

Hopefully the device will chug along nicely now with no further issues, but if any do arise it's good, in a world where most customer technical support is impersonal, basic and time consuming, to feel confident that the LS support team will be on the case and is genuinely interested in getting the issue fixed.

Speeding response to our Help, thank you

I checked on Trust Pilot and read very positive reviews from customers with identical requirements to myself, so I purchased 'LibertyShield VPN Pro Router'
Set up of the hardware was very straightforward and quick
Unfortunately a couple of tests I undertook didn't work, so I complained and received a very prompt response from the customer service team. I then realised that my 'test' was the problem and on changing the parameters all of my tests worked perfectly. Thus there was not actually an issue with the product, there was an issue with the idiot customer!
My main requirement was to get around geographic broadcasting legislation (I live in France and want to access BBC iPlayer (for which I do still pay the license fee btw)
I initially tested this on my tablet and as it seemed fine subsequently purchased a 'streaming stick' from Amazon, to be able to watch iPlayer on my tv. This works perfectly and so I have purchased a 12 month subscription to their VPN Location service

two problems which were quickly and satisfactorily solved . top marks.

We bought a Liberty Shield pro router with vpn to stream TV in France. The router was delivered quickly and was very easy to set up. We have had a couple of issues with the BBC blocking our signal, but the team at Liberty Shield have responded very quickly and we were back up and running in minutes. Very knowledgeable staff with great follow-up.

I have been trying to get my VPN tougher working here in Canada for about a week.
I’m not the best computer geek but I thought it worth a try

Anyway, I eventually for a hood of livery shields support line and they spent as much time as it needed to get it working again.
Their response time was excellent as was their communication with me during the process, they were very patient .
I would highly recommend.
