What an experience. They say timing is everything, we sold and got pre-approved when COVID hit. The development we had lined up collapsed so we changed tact. Neil kept in contact through it all so we could update him, when we found something Neil went above and beyond the secure the best loan possible which happened last minute thankfully. Neil is easy to communicate with and is honest and up front with fees, time restrictions etc. and no problem was too big.
