Linda was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Being a first home buyer I had heaps of questions. Linda took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel belittled for asking what was probably simple questions. The best part of the process with Linda was that she was always easy to contact, took all of my calls and returned them quickly if she was unable to answer them.

Linda was so helpful and supportive through the process of getting our loan. She was available at anytime day/night to accommodate us with any concerns , questions and guidance! To be honest, we have never dealt with someone who was willing to go the extra mile and made the whole process a delight, and for that, we are extremely grateful we had Linda on the other end of the phone.
