To say I was nervous about purchasing land and eventually building my first home would be an understatement. However, Hayley made it easy and went above and beyond to settle my home loan. Although the land took almost two years to register, Hayley was there at every step, guiding me and reassuring me of the end goal. Hayley was always available to take my calls, answer my million questions and reply to my many emails (sometimes even when she was on holiday). Hayley is honestly the best at what she does. I cannot praise Hayley enough! Early 2022, my partner and I started saving for our brand new home. Despite saving really well, throughout the year, we felt hopeless due to the constant increases in interest rates. Initially, we had secured a lot that was due to register in mid 2023, however, we were advised that the rates could keep climbing, and we most likely wouldn’t service when that time came. We were encouraged to opt for a lot that registered way sooner, and get approved for finance by the end of the year. We were so hesitant but took the leap, because once someone had linked us up with Hayley, she said that she was able to help us from the get go. We put all our faith into her as she did all the hard yards for us… fast forward a few months and our new lot has registered and we had passed settlement on 8/12/2022, so we will start building very soon (Merry Christmas to us!). We can’t thank Hayley enough. She is very professional and was always so supportive, hopeful and available when we had any concerns. With any given opportunity, I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
