We have used Levitus for our campaigns many times now and have had far better results than with any other company. We were sad to see Guy step away to run his new venture and wish him the very best in his new business in Italy. He has left the business in strong hands with Sophie, Natalie and Danny. Dare I say the results have been even better around London/Bethnal Green for us in particular.

I have used this company for 8 years for all of my leaflet campaigns. It's been a really nice experience to work closely with such a driven group of young people led by a really knowledgable and determined business brain, soon to take over the entire East End I hear!

We have really had a great experience with this company. I’ve been receiving their mail outs for years and finally decided to get involved!

We’ve been really busy ever since and on all of my checks I know the campaign went smoothly! We’ve known the owner for many years as a member and as friend. We have valued that hugely!

This review was 1 star when written today due to experiences with a senior member of staff. That being said, i have had a pleasant conversation with the owner just now. He acted so professional and courteous I have decided to change the review completely. As a business owner I know the it all falls on me if issues arise and how I resolve them is what matter most. Guy was a true gentleman and business man. So much so I would consider doing business with him with no issues.
So if you need a company to do your marketing owned by someone you can trust to act with decent and professionalism then Levitus is that company, this is being said from a someone who an hour before writing this couldn't stand the company.
I own A Royal Flush Plumbing in Reading so I can be contacted easily and if people want to know this is real then please do reach out. I won't go into full details of problems past but I will now vouch for then

I worked with Levitus to design my new business app. It took just over a month and I’m really happy with the results

Having used this team before for a previous business two years ago, I was eager to get back to using their services once again within my new business. We’ve completed yet another successful leaflet campaign and once again myself and my team are very happy with the results. We received time stamped photos promptly of the job being sent out, along with street mapping, and were offered and took part in the ride along service to see Guy’s team of staff out working extremely hard, despite the challenging weather this week! It really gave myself peace of mind to be able to watch the staff out there working hard to get my business on its feet. We are very much looking forward to working together again.

My personal advice: Do not use this company. I have reported them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards as I believe they are scamming people and businesses.

I employed this company for a door to door leaflet drop to help promote a small, local business trying to rebuild itself after covid. It's been a terrible experience.

This was the first time experimenting with this kind of direct marketing for the business so we were curious to see if it yielded results. 16,000 leaflets are meant to have been delivered in the local area back on 25th May, but there were ZERO enquiries or web traffic from it, literally zero. We knew that this was new ground for us and so ROI could be high or low, but to deliver directly to 16,000 houses and see nothing?! That is suspicious.

I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and Levitus are supposed to provide GPS tracking data and photos from the leaflet drop but two months later and I am still waiting for the GPS data.

After more than six weeks I eventually received some odd photos via What's App (!), of one man's hand, holding up a leaflet in front of road signs in the area. Supposedly there was a team of people delivering leaflets - no images of the team, no images of any leaflets being put through letterboxes, just one man's hand. I suspect one man just walked round the area at a much later date to quickly take the images in an attempt to cover their tracks. I repeatedly asked to be sent them professionally (via email, We Transfer, Dropbox etc) so I could look at the image data and see when they were taken as What's App removes that Unsurprisingly, I never received them.

As we know people who live in the area, I also asked around and five different households all said they never received the leaflet. So as it stands, I have nothing to suggest this work ever took place and right now it seems they have simply taken the money.

I spent weeks trying to get hold of any evidence from them and was just given the run around. Their responses kept contradicting themselves e.g. one email saying they’re still collating the report in mid-June, the next email claiming they sent it in May, and another email in July saying they were still waiting for the team to submit the GPS data.

The Managing Director of Levitus, has tried bullying tactics and intimidation, repeatedly sending me What’s App messages, emails, voicemails threatening legal action over this review in an attempt to get me to take it down. He has even threatened to get his staff to negatively review my clients business on all platforms possible.

I've now given up any hope of seeing evidence or receiving a refund and have reported Levitus to the authorities.

If you look on TrustPilot they have been flagged for fake reviews and if you check the company on Companies House, it was dissolved via compulsory strike-off in 2021.

My advice is steer clear at all costs!

I used Guy and his team for my Christmas campaign early because with all the new announcements, I just don't know if we will be able to open or not!

I own a chain of pizza restaurants in London and I have been working with Levitus for 3 years, I have had a few issues but certainly no more than my previous marketing agency!

When there has been a minor error (one woman called the restaurant moaning that the team had delivered through a "junk mail" letterbox). She was even so kind as to send me the doorbell camera footage to show that the team member was polite and took the flyer back, apologising for the issue.

She then called me later to say thank you for the flowers! Guy had gotten hold of her address and taken her flowers to say sorry!

Levitus fix the tiny issues without even needing to say a word! I couldn't be happier and that lady is now one of my best customers and talks about her chat with "little Guy" every time she's is!

The work produced is always exceptional and excellent quality when they have done work for Homesearch Ltd. They are extremely helpful and supportive when required. I highly recommend them.

On behalf of all staff within our hospitals/care homes and rehabilitation centres, I would like to thank you for your Sterling hard work to inform our local areas of the tireless efforts our staff have gone through to protect the country of Hertfordshire as best as we can from Covid19!

Quick responses good service would recommend to people trying to boost their business, good reporting was able to see where runners went with the GPS app I was logged into overall a good experience from Nick, Kirsty and the rest of the team

The whole service, from the very beginning to the very end is first class. I received a bespoke service from the managing director, he’s an amazing guy. There usual policy is to deliver 10,000 leaflets for a fixed price, my leaflets were extremely thick, it ended up taking Levitus an extra day to deliver them, which they done at no extra cost, I think that says it all. I had a look around at other leaflet distribution companies, Levitus may not be the biggest in the industry but believe me they are the best, price and service wise they are unbeaten. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

APPALLING SERVICE START TO FINISH
The day the distribution was booked in for came and went along with the first excuse, ‘short staffed’ was apparently why the job hadn’t been undertaken. We were told it would be carried out two days later. Sadly, this did not happen. After numerous unanswered calls to Levitus I emailed the CEO requesting he arranges to have our marketing material delivered back to us. I very quickly heard back from the CEO with a string of excuses; rain as well as having ‘the week from hell’, moving office and the phone lines going down hence not being able to receive any of my phone calls all contributed to Levitus not being able to complete the service they had been paid (in advance) to do. He persuaded me to let Levitus continue with the booking as half (?) of the postcards had managed to be distributed. The supposed second half of our cards were booked in for the following week. That week came and went followed by yet another excuse, a kidney infection and hospitalisation. It was obvious by now we had made a huge mistake choosing Levitus to carry out our letter distribution, we had conned.

AREA MAPPING AND GPS TRACKING
To date we have never received any mapping and although the leaflet drop was confirmed for TW1 it quickly became apparent our marketing material was not distributed there. We paid Levitus to distribute 10k postcards which resulted in a total response of 3 phone calls all of which were not in TW1. To add insult to injury one of the phone calls was a complaint, complaining that 3 postcards had been put through their one letterbox. Further to this, once the distribution was (supposedly) completed we waited for the GPS tracking reports which never came. We spent the following weeks asking for them and only ever got photos of a hand holding a pile of our cards in front of various street signs, ONLY 50% of the street signs were in the TW1 postcode, the rest were in TW11 – a further insult. I have attached the pictures of the so-called GPS tracking which can only be described a joke. The CEO later informed us that this was an extra service that we didn’t pay for despite him never making us aware of this beforehand. This seems like a bizarre way of maximising business revenue Levitus!??

ALL INCLUSIVE?
On a Levitus marketing email I received, it lists their competitors’ prices stating ALL INCLUSIVE next to them based on a 10k letter drop, it then states Levitus price with ALL INCLUSIVE next to it implying Levitus price is inclusive of VAT. Don’t be fooled! After payment was made, I requested a VAT receipt and was ignored, my ops manager then requested it and was told a different department deals with VAT and would send the receipt. Further chasing for the VAT receipt resulted in the CEO admitting to me that Levitus isn’t VAT registered.

LEVITUS LTD COMPANY No. 11045988 (?)
On closer inspection, the invoice that Levitus Ltd issued me with did not have a company registration number on it. The only Levitus Ltd that can be found on Companies house dissolved on 9th April 2019. I asked the CEO of Levitus Ltd to confirm the Company registration No. the invoice was issued from. Still no reply.

CONCLUSION
Throughout this whole process of trying to receive a service we paid for from Levitus ie a letter distribution campaign distributed on time, distributed in the correct postal code, mapping prior to distribution and GPS reports to confirm the addresses the marketing materials were distributed to and also a service we were led to believe was inclusive of VAT all we have received was a substandard service (if that??) which was strung out with excuse after excuse and only proved to be a time consuming exercise. As a company we have found letter distribution campaigns to be our most successful form of marketing and therefore do it a lot. Over the years we have learnt what to expect and know exactly how it works. From this I know if 10k items of our marketing material have been distributed and we only receive a total of 3 phones calls something hasn’t been done correctly. Unfortunately, it is common practise in the direct marketing industry to pay for your campaign before the distribution is booked in and that’s exactly how Levitus were able to take our money without delivering the service and no doubt they will continue to get others like this! PLEASE, please don’t fall victim to this company like we did.
