I loved my order from letter box beauty I have since ordered some of the full size products after using them in the spa box. They give great service fast delivery and all the products are amazing and the instructions are so easy to follow.

I have bought several items from Letterbox- Beauty, and each time Katie has ensured the most amazing customer service. So not only are the items exquisite - everyone has loved them - Katie will always go the extra mile to make sure that your package is just as you want it to be. Superb quality and the response from the recipients makes this my favourite go to, particularly at this time when fine gifts can brighten someone's day.

The Egyptian Bath Ritual has to be my favourite, nothing beats an indulgent hot bath. However, the facials totally rejuvenate my skin every time, making me feel amazing and ready to face the world. Letterbox Beauty is a revelation, me and my friends and family have zoom spa sessions. The products are so lovely and easy to follow instructions with little extras like a muslin cloth, paintbrush, candles, its a a really lovely experience. If you havent trued it i recommend you do we love it : Its a good way to catch up in lonely times we put the mask on and thats time to chat. Go on you know you want to.

I cannot recommend Letterbox beauty enough. I have ordered from them a couple of times for special presents and received such good feedback. I was also lucky enough to open the mud ritual myself on Christmas Day. The presentation is just beautiful- it feels like so much love and thought has gone into each box. As a mum of two (one newborn) I don’t get much lone time but this made me pencil in an hour of undisturbed me time and what can I say? I felt like a new women afterwards and my skin just felt amazing. It was so easy to follow with the step by step guide and I just felt all my anxieties and tensions disappear. I just loved it. I will be ordering again for sure, both for present and to treat myself.
