This is the best dental surgery and process I have been to. The service is second to none from start to finish. Initially I had two extractions and relevant implants.

So far so good. The pre numbing for injections was appreciated and as the main one wore off slightly. It was topped up to allow for the rest of my treatment.

Overall I am very happy. The aftercare pain and anti inflammatory meds were also very cheap compared to the UK.

I am very very happy and will be glad to return for my full caps to be placed in the summer.

I went from the UK to have a gastric balloon done on the 14th of May and my experience was fabulous. The Dr was so professional and all the team were so helpful. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 3 nights without paying extra. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and compassionate team to try them

I started this journey a month ago. Nora booked me for a full set of dental implants with hotel stay and transportation to and from doctors. When I arrived I was greeted at the airport by Nora and Sofia they transported me to the dentist office where I met with the Dentist Dr. Hattice. The office and care I received was exemplary better than anything I have ever received in the US. The dental equipment was state of the art technology. Since my stay is a little longer because I needed a bone graft I decided to get a gastric balloon to lose some weight. I was assisted by another great individual Luna who booked my procedure immediately. After my procedure I was checked up on by both Luna and Nora on a regular basis which gave it that extra special feeling. Also while I have been here I have been shown the beautiful city of Istanbul by my beautiful and professional tour guide Sofia. This team which consists of Nora, Luna, Sofia and Dr. Hattice have shown me a level of care and professionalism that no Doctors I have dealt with even come close to showing and the amazing part is the price is less than a quarter what you pay in the US. My journey is not over I will post a followup when my journey is over and will promote this all over the US.

I have been in contact with Nora regarding my dental plan she has been nothing short of amazing every time I drop her a message I get a reply almost she’s also looked at different treatment plans for me and give me different costings on each one. I’ve probably not been far of a nightmare Customer but she’s been very patient caring and very attentive I can’t wait for my treatment. If you are in any doubt book with this company as they’re amazing.

Stay away from Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk, Dr. He Clinic and Letsmedi.com. Don't make these so called professional advice fool and convince you, Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk will leave you to DIE!!!

I had a horrific experience with them. Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk doesn't finish his work, I almost died in his hands and after I complained he told me it's my own fault. I went for gastric balloon and stomach botox, both of these procedures are not open surgery. I had done my research months before my procedure and knew I was going to be a bit uncomfortable with the balloon the first couple of days after the procedure. The pain I was in was horrific and worse than giving birth to a baby. The clinic pumped heavy pain killers after I went back to the hospital as I felt chest pain and my left arm and fingers were feeling numb. After going back to the clinic/hospital they injected me 4x times with different fluid bags of painkillers none of the painkillers helped as the pain was not of an open operation, they didn't even do any medical check to reassure what the pain really was, as they just thought it was the Gastric Balloon. I could barely breath, walk and my belly was super bloated. Every time they replaced the empty fluid bag they came with another one to see if that one would work as the horrific pain was unbearable. At some point I even gave up fighting and thought I would die and started talking and praying to God and accepting if this was my time that my children would be protected and loved.

Initially Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk was just telling the nurses over the phone to keep giving me medication as he didn't want to come to the hospital. The nurses were super worried as they kept checking on me every 15 minutes. Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk blamed everything on me. The nurses started telling me contact Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk as I had his number from the WhatsApp group #Letmedi added me in, because he was not picking up his phone when the nurses were trying to call him, initially he was but afterwards he stopped picking up.

After hours, another doctor had to come around 2am to do an emergency surgery on me to remove the balloon, as Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk didn't pick up his phone anymore. As they were rolling my hospital bed downstairs to get the Gastric Balloon out they made me sign many legal documents and all this was under heavy medication and bad health condition/circumstances.

The botox procedure was never done because once they removed the balloon I didn't feel anything in regards of appetite reduction at all and this procedure was done 3 weeks ago.
I contacted Letsmedi and Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk, the only thing they answered was it's my own fault that I'm not strong enough to go through pain. Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk even replied in a WhatsApp message that I ruined his day as I confronted him by saying he should have known that the balloon size was to big for me and that he never injected the botox into my stomach and also that my left arm and finger numbing was not normal as I had done my research. You don't have to have a medical degree to be able to do your profound research about the ingredients example in the botox and Medsil balloon. A question for example I ask was Is the botox Botulinum toxin serotype A or B? As if Botulinum toxins is prepared as an aerosol, it have the potential to be a potent biological weapon. I even had a video call with the doctor, to reassure of everything, so I didn't just go like that, I prepared.

Till this day I'm waiting for the supposed evidence that they were going sent me. I have provided them with my contact information so they can sent me all the documents and information I requested, not only the suppose serial number of the botox bottles but also all documentations I signed as I never received a copy of anything.

On my way to the hospital, there was another lady in the van on my way back to the clinic and she was bleeding. She had a dental thing done a day earlier with this company and said to me she woke up and her full pillow, side face and hair was with blood when she woke up and was super scared what could be wrong.

Dr. Mehmet Gençtürk, Letsmedi (Luna), Dr. He Clinic will just provide you with an airport transfer and good hotels to deceive you that they are excellent. They will create video content on YouTube with some Instagram influences to build trust in their company and doctors. We will think well I see these people still on Instagram so that means these people are alive and good.

I'm not sure if they will delete or comment underneath my comment defending their position that they have done thousands of these procedures. That can be true but a doctor who doesn't take responsibility when an patient is in a critical condition is lacking the respect of the oath of being a doctor.

I had a gastric sleeve surgery and I was operated by Dr Abdullah Şişik. I am exceptionally happy and satisfied by the service of his team and the care they offered during my 5 day stay. They are constantly following up prior surgery and provide with necessary advise. Would highly recommend this service for surgery.

This experience has been the best medical experience I have had in my life! Not only medical but the service and kindness received by staff, I want to personally shout out to Hilal. I lost my luggage and they were eventually brought back to Dr.He Clinic. Hilal ensured to keep luggage safe and that we received them promptly. She came in during a big holiday for her so that she can open the clinic doors for me to retrieve my luggage!! Amazing service. Thank you so much Hilal!

I can’t speak highly enough about my entire experience. My co-ordinator, Luna, was literally the best I have ever dealt with and during my bariatric research I spoke to many many co-ordinators at hospitals all over Turkey and Egypt. She is an absolute credit to Letsmedi. I was very scared to actually take the plunge and book gastric sleeve surgery, not only because it is life changing but also because of travelling from the UK for such a major operation. I was so fearful given I have never been in hospital before but Luna put my mind at ease. Upon arrival me and my companion were collected from Istanbul airport and as soon as we arrived at the hospital we were greeted by someone who took us to our room which was spotlessly clean and more like a hotel room with en-suite than a hospital. I met with a translator who was very welcoming. I found most of the staff there actually did speak English anyway. I only had to use the translator app I downloaded twice. They were very thorough with the pre op tests and all three surgeons I met were absolutely lovely as were the dieticians and nutritionists and everyone who conducted the various tests. My actual surgeon Dr Sisik came across as a very genuine, warm and kind Dr. Really wonderful man. I was very frightened when I was outside surgery but Dr Mehmet took the time to reassure me. Following surgery the nurses were incredibly attentive and you’re constantly looked after. The hotel stay at the Hilton was great, very comfortable bed, lovely room in a great location. I would not hesitate to recommend Letsmedi or Dr HE clinic to any of my friends or family who were considering surgery abroad. Today, I am two weeks post op, no complications, healing nicely and am 15lbs down. I can’t wait to see how I transform over the months. A huge thank you to everyone involved in my journey for everything you have all done for me. I will never forget the care I received from start to finish.

I am writing this review to warn anyone thinking about getting their dental work done at this clinic, and be cautious of any clinic overseas. Yes the people are very nice but it saddens me to say that after coming back to the USA and seeing a dentist here, the work that was performed has caused me more harm then good. My gums are infected due to unsterile tools and methods used to perform crown implants. I also found out I received 16 root canals that weren’t needed nor were they done correctly. I can’t explain the amount of pain I endured through this process but please be weary, please do your research and if you don’t have to have cosmetic dental work done please don’t!!!!!!!!!

Hilal who i refer to as my guardian angel has taken such great care of me. She comforts me while taking extreme care with my wounds. The whole staff has made me feel important and taken great care of me but these last few important days Hilal has gone above and beyond. I felt more like a family member then a patient. I am so happy that my doctor has done everything that he said and that he has such an amazing staff to support his great work.
