I absolutely love Lesser Spotted. They have such a beautiful selection of homeware, with lots of unique pieces that you don’t see everywhere else.

Everything I’ve ordered has been lovely quality, beautifully packaged and arrived quickly. The website is easy to use and there’s always something tempting to add to the basket!

I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Lesser-Spotted.co.uk based on my experience.

I ordered two framed art prints with a stated delivery time of within five working days. They eventually arrived on 8 July, almost four weeks after the order was placed.

Throughout that time, communication from Lesser Spotted was extremely poor. I received no proactive updates about the delay and had to chase repeatedly for information. Responses were slow, lacked any apology or meaningful explanation, and one of my emails was ignored completely.

When I was unable to get any clear answers, I contacted the supplier, T A Interiors, directly. They were extremely helpful and explained that my order had actually been ready for dispatch since 15 June, but they had been unable to send it because Lesser Spotted had not passed my payment on to them. Despite several emails to Lesser Spotted, it wasn’t until 7 July that my payment was finally transferred to the supplier.

In contrast, T A Interiors were excellent. They kept me informed throughout, were honest about the situation, and dispatched my order immediately once they received payment. The prints arrived within 24 hours, demonstrating that the supplier was never the cause of the delay.

The prints themselves are beautiful and I’m delighted with them, but that is entirely down to T A Interiors. Unfortunately, the customer service provided by Lesser Spotted was wholly unacceptable. A simple email explaining the delay would have gone a long way, but instead I was left to investigate the problem myself and send repeated emails before any action was taken. The prints were intended as a birthday present, and the birthday had already passed by the time they arrived.

Delays can happen, but poor communication, failure to keep customers informed, and withholding payment from the supplier for weeks meant this was an unnecessarily stressful experience. Based on my experience, I would not order through Lesser-Spotted.co.uk again.
