Delayed postage but great quality posters
Order was quite delayed due to sellers personal reasons but had contact with the seller eventually. Partial refund offered. Posters were received and are of great quality. Do recommend!

The product has been shipped straight…
The product has been shipped straight from the East, poorly made and the blue matt finish is not matt but stained with a glossy celeotape type grease mark. It does not look like the images and is not the quality anticipated.
Will be seeking to return.

Total Junk!
What a joke. The bracelets were mailed from China and are so small they would only fit a child. Totally useless and a complete waste of money. I will never buy from this company again!

You have placed an order on the 2nd of December, looking at the tracking for your order this was delivered on the 16th of December, which is less than the delivery time advertised on the item you ordered. This is hardly “almost a month” to get your order. Please I request for you to revise your unfair rating for my small business.

Very impressed
We really love the soap dispenser it’s quite unique, the service was fantastic, postage took a long time getting on for 3 weeks but they are upfront with this and the reasons… which is great as it’s not knowing that’s always the issue.

Mixed review
I ordered 2 different items, one bath mat and a pair of matching 70s pillowcases. The bath mat is bright, fun, soft, and does the job. Waiting to see how it will hold up with time.
But the pillowcases are so cheaply made that I don’t think I’ll be using them – don’t know if it’s due to the polyester material or the fact the print isn’t aligned on the sides… these just didn’t turn out as good as the online pictures. Unfortunately for me, they’re “made to order” items, so listed as non-returnable on the website.
I don’t know about their other products, but everything I received was 100% Made in China, which unfortunately doesn’t really match up with the “small independent business” feel.

Thank you so much for your purchase and honest review! It will help us as a small business getting better at what we do. We normally get samples for everything we sell on our website to check the quality control, and then the supplier would be sending it to the customer directly. On this occasion I’m sorry you were disappointed by the cushion covers. I’ve gone ahead and refunded you 50% of the cushion covers as a goodwill gesture. I’m also sorry you didn’t feel like our business was a small independent one, however we are still learning everyday and we have suppliers all over the world and making items ourselves. Thank you again gor your honest review, this is valuable for our business.

Hi Elena,
We have advised you as stated on our website that your order takes 2 weeks minimum to be shipped. Because of Covid there are delays in the shipment, but I can see from the tracking number provided (QP770869795GB) that this is on the way to you and should be delivered tomorrow, or Monday the latest by Royal Mail. We feel this is an unfair ratings, eapecially for a small business. We would be grateful if you could amend the rating please.
