Top draw customer service as always at LLB in West Brom. It's a really forward thinking shop, with a modern attitude, where nothing is too much trouble. One of the few bike shops where being a female cyclist is not unusual, with 2 women cyclists employees there's nothing tokenistic about their attitude to female riders, I am never patronised, and treated as equal. Hello, it's 2022 can the rest of the cycling world catch up with LLB please!

Not long after purchasing a commuter bike from the West Brom shop in November 2020 I started to encounter a persistent issue that presented safety concerns. After returning the bike to the shop on numerous occasions to resolve this issue I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the bike, nothing could be done to improve it, and that the issue was down to the rider. Not satisfied with this I took the bike to a different workshop – who resolved the issue first time by changing a couple of the components. I can only conclude that the technicians at Lake Leisure West Brom either did not have the experience or inclination to resolve the issue. In summary – if after sales service is important to you I would not recommend purchasing from this shop.

Easy to order, the bike was ready earlier than expected and the staff are very polite and helpful.
