Nice bike, great discount but... Whoever built up my new bike should be sent for a retraining (barely any grease, all cables left very short, gear cable was cut without appropriate tool, and so on). Also communication could be improved. If I did not call them, I would have to wait for some time before getting my new bike apparently. Additionally, I just realized that most of the little specialized cable management things were missing from the package. These bikes usually come with 4, so thank you for leaving just one piece left in an opened plastic bag which you didn't need anything out of.

Update: The Assistant Manager of LLB West Brom contacted me to try to resolve my issues. I told him that I could sort all of these out myself since I know what I'm doing, and I have all the tools as well. They sent me a couple of more cable clips via post anyway, which is nice, and good to see that they actually care. Also he mentioned that the Manager would have delivered my bike in person, and apologized for the miscommunication. Therefore I'm changing my review to 4 stars.

The bike is perfect my son will love it on his birthday, delivered it in time and also the driver was happy to wait down the road until I finished work so people didn’t see I was having it delivered, the bike came with black grip but picture showed blue so I called too ask about it and was sent a lovely set of blue grips for free would recommend this company to anyone buying a bike

ordering the bike was easy and the contact centre were really helpful in processing the Order. My new Orro was dispatched from West Brom Branch but on arrival the seat post was jammed. After several attempts to loosen with out joy, followed by a call to leisure lakes it was sent back by courier . They managed to free it and it was sent out again. On arrival back to me the same had happened again but this time I had a conversation with Peter one of the mechanics who helped me sort it out. 5 star customer service.

Paid for express delivery only to be told parcel was coming 48 hour tracked with Royal Mail. It was later than promised and Royal Mail is so unreliable these days that’s why we chose a different service.
Parcel didn’t come from leisure lakes either it was from a different company.

Staff were extremely helpful. No hassle at all. They saw I bought valves and set my bike up tubeless for me also installed my dropper post without charge. . I was kept upto date every step of the way. Very happy
