Leisure Lakes helped me purchase a Troy Lee MIPS A3 helmet. I tried 2 different sizes, and returned the smaller version for a small postal charge. The M/L fits beautifully (57cm head) and has made a huge difference to my riding confidence. It just works so well.

Having ordered some gift vouchers, the salesmen called me to make sure they were for the same recipient, as it would have been necessary to cancel down the order and issue separately if it wasn’t the case. Very thoughtful and appreciated

I ordered a 29 x 2.6 tyre online. This was showing in stock. So I purchased it. A 29 x 2.3 arrived. This wasn't the tyre I ordered. I have emailed them but yous are saying that the tyre wasn't in stock. But when I ordered it was as that's the option I pressed and paid for. Not my mistake.
My issue is yous are trying to make out iam a lier. And I ordered the wrong size just to justify your mistake and not send me out a returns label.
Your online system is at fault.
So now I have the cost and inconvenience to send the tyre back for a refund. Having to re purchase the correct tyre.
So leisure lakes cycles my opinion is your are clowns 🤡 and I will never use or recommend.

Visited the store and spoke with Pete as I was interested in an e-bike. There was no pressure at all to buy he gave advice and said to get in touch if I wanted to progress. After deciding which bike would be best for me I contacted Pete again and ordered a bike. Good customer service and further advice given as there was a few extras I wanted for the bike which was all sorted out and fitted to bike before collection. Overall a great buying experience and I can highly recommend the Leyland store.

Fantastic service. I was in search of some Hope parts for my bike, I called into the new shop next to the warehouse. I was served by Pete, he was very good and even searched the warehouse for any items not currently showing in stock and he came up trumps with just what I was looking for!
