'Geeske' from the Sales Team was extremely helpful when initially chosen product was discontinued. I was supplied with an excellent alternative product that closely replicated my original choice and was contacted regularly throughout the process. I found the product range met my wishes and included a natural stone product not found on UK websites, hence choice to import. I would source this company again when looking for a similar product.

What a great company to deal with. Originally bought something that was the wrong size, bought the correct size, emailed the company about the error, fee was refunded as soon as they received the product returned.

I have just received the urn (held up for 1 week by FedEx at the UK depot that it entered the country at - not a problem caused by LegendURN) and it looks great. I don't know how weather-resistant it is and so will keep it indoors during the winter and when it is raining (so most of the year then!).

The product arrived quickly but it had been damaged in transit. I contacted the customer service team and a replacement is on the way. Fingers crossed this arrives in perfect condition as I love the item, it’s so fitting for my dads ashes.

Just like to say after seeing all reviews on here I was thinking did I make a mistake in ordering from this company then I thought everybody gets a different experience with companies....So I put an order in waited 2 weeks for the delivery the company is not in uk ....The product come well packed got tracking from start to finish Thanks...

Its beautiful and perfect size and came 3 days early

The delivery time for the hand blown glass urn ordered was a long time especially given that the factory was in holiday. Having said this it really was well worth the wait! The urn was very well packaged and is a very substantial piece of handmade art. It is very beautiful and whilst expensive, you really do get what you paid for. Given the very sad circumstances of being put in the position of having to purchase an urn of any type, I am delighted with my purchase and take comfort that my late husband rests in a beautiful piece of art.

Service was not great. Poor response after leaving a message and no one came back or replied. Ordered goods took a longer time for delivery and did not arrive in time. Hence had to cancel the order placed. We were sadly disappointed in the whole mourning period and wait and didn't want added misery in our heart breaking situation.

After receiving an email from Legend Urn saying they had not received back the item I posted which cost £135 . Very disappointed that the parcel has vanished into thin air, and that an item that is on a .co.uk website actually comes from the Netherlands makes it even worse as who knows what happens to returned items especially when you cannot send the items back as instructed on there website. Well never again would I order from this company. The item I ordered was to big so sent back and was going to order the correct sized item. But will now have to save the money I lost and find somewhere else.
