Promote shipment
Promote shipment. The light ordered was great. The wrong type bracket was sent..however after contacting the company they sent the correct bracket for a rear window mount in a pickup truck.

I ordered a light bar and after 2…
I ordered a light bar and after 2 weeks received a completely different light bar unsuitable for me. It didn't even have the control box to turn it on anyway... They did send me a return slip to send the lightbar back no charge so that was good. After 2 weeks they received the light bar only to let me know the light bar I wanted was now on backorder for a month. I requested a full refund and got it, but I will never order from there again.
They don't answer the phone, just voicemail ...no return call. Just found the whole experience very frustrating. Ordered a suitable light bar from another company on Amazon and got it in week ...the one I ordered and works great. I think led equipped have good products but they really need to improve customer service...

I ordered my 21 inch LED light bar it came within 2 days very fast shipping I was very excited and it was easy to install. When I finally got to use it it made me feel like I was 10 years old on Christmas morning.
