excellent custom order comms and quality
I asked for a custom version of one of their hoods. Communication was excellent, the advice has helpful, production and shipping very fast (10 days total for a custom made order!), and the craftsmanship is excellent.

Bought two leather items, mask and harness to be shipped to Germany. Everything worked out fine with reasonable shipping costs. The quality of the products is excellent for a really good price.

Reklamation nach negativen Bewertung.
Ursprüngliche negative Bewertung als Beschwerdemanagement genutzt, da Reklamation nicht bearbeitet wurde. Mein mehrmaliges Kontaktieren blieb ohne Reaktion. Heute Link von Leathererotics mit Trustpilot-Link, dies genutzt und prompt wurde ich angerufen, mein Ehemensch musste übersetzen.
Reklamation wird nun bearbeitet. Danke für das Ernstnehmen! :) Bewertung ändere ich ins Positive, sobald das Produkt in meinen Händen ist.
