Fabulous service! Would highly recommend

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bilal Sheikh during my remortgage which he completed in record timing!!! I cannot believe how quick and efficient he was in dealing with the matter. Full communication through out and did not hang around with completing the transaction a week before Christmas! Outstanding, thank you so much Bilal it has been a pure pleasure to work with you and I absolutely will do again in the future.

The main thing was that Faye Parkinson was easily available at the telephone and if not always phoned me back- no endless voice messages or computer systems. She was friendly and efficient- what more could I want !

Blacks provided a clear point of contact, Faye, who was the conveyancer for our purchase. She acted efficiently and helpfully through out. In comparison with other conveyencers I have used, a massively helpful improvement would be a scheduled weekly proactive update (ideally complemented by a webpage showing such things) with a list of things in progress and actions needed from me. Without that I find it hard to give 5 stars tho what was an otherwise very good service.

I have worked with Bilal Sheikh and Debra Winnard on several occasions both are excellent to work with. Nothing is to much trouble and respond promptly. Both Highly recommended.
