I paid over 8000aed for a solid wood custom made four poster storage bed. I should have checked the reviews first. They promised it would be delivered in 2 weeks and im still waiting after one month!! I regret my decision of going with them now and the bed is with tabby so I'm not entirely sure as to how I get my money back!! I need to investigate it now. I've asked for a manager to call me. This company is a shambles. Im going to have to contact consumer rights and log a formal complaint & try to get my money back

Awfulllll. They made me wait months for my newborns dresser. I paid in full and the finish is so bad. The quality is terrible. Also their workers have expired visas.

This company is completely unreliable. I ordered a bed and mattress with the promise of delivery in just a few days, but after more than 20 days I still have nothing. Every time I try to get an update, I only get excuses and false promises. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with them, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We received our lights, although a little later than expected. However we had constant replies to our questions. Delighted with the lights. Think a few teething problems with the delivery, but had reassurance things were moving forward, and they were. Very satisfied and would order again.

Upon receiving my lights one of them was faulty (bent) so I emailed the company. Took a long time for them to reply to my emails. I paused my Klarna payment with them. They then replied to my emails the next day. Given the reason my emails hadn’t been coming through(?!) I was told a replacement light would be sent and a tracking number would be provided. 1 week after that I sent an email saying I hadn’t received a tracking number. 2 weeks later I have received neither. I’ve asked for a return address as I want to send the non faulty light back and receive a full refund. I doubt my email will be even replied to. Must add I had also messaged them on Instagram also initially and also just now. Avoid. Customer service is crap.

Just a fraud comapny. DONOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR FRAUD LIGHTS. THEY TAKE THE BIG MONEY AND SEND WRONG ITEMS. NO CUTOMER SERVICE PHONE TO CALL. NONE RESPONDS TO COMPLAINS. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

The worst delivery ever i paid last month and up to day no delivery

I have purchased a product and i have waited more than 3 MONTHS. I sent MULTIPLE emails and there was not a single time where they replied. So i spent £500 for nothing to come.

I’ve placed an order and made the big mistake of checking the reviews afterwards. I had a query regarding my order so I’ve tried contacting them across all platforms (eBay, Instagram, Facebook) with no replies. However, they’re actively posting on social media almost everyday. Luckily I’ve paid via PayPal so my money is safe but please don’t waste your time or money with this “company”.

This is completely a fraud company I paid £449 for coffee tables in July 2023 they replied to emails that it’s coming but after a month no response from seller I will be reporting them to the fraud department please don’t order from here .

I placed an order on 19th of June after 2 week of order date I emailed them and asked when they deliver they said soon finally I received my order in my order everything was damaged and one item was missing I asked them about missing order they said deliver soon I am waiting for one week nobody contect me I emailed them again no body replied

This website is a fraud . I placed an order for nest of Tables costing me £300 since the 5th of May 2023 .
The only email I received was the Order Acknowledgement. The Table was meant to be delivered with a week. I have sent emails to them with an reply and their contact telephone number has been disconnected .

I paid £400 for a 2-1 oval coffee table metallic gold & gold legs on April 30, 2023 via the Website link on their Instagram page but I haven’t received the item.
The invoice I received after I placed the order stated that the item will be due to be delivered to me on the 15th May 2023. This is more than 1week past it’s delivered due date
I have emailed lavish decor 3 times but they have refused to acknowledge my email. They have totally kept silent to me.
Please I need my £400 refund if my item can’t be delivered to me

Placed an order for flower vase since April. Up till now being end of May I have not heard anything. Their number is not going through and they don't respond to emails or chat.

This is my first review ever butvreally wanted to share my experiences. After much research I apprehensively placed an order. I was worried about the sizes and delivery details. The customer service is the best I have experienced. Most of my queries were out of hours and were answered nevertheless. The nested coffee table arrived and I was very impressed with the quality- infact better than the pictures. The product was very simple to assembled. Recieved lots of compliments on the furniture too!! I would highly recommend this shop and it's products.

Received my coffee table today and it is gorgeous. Took me less than 5 minutes to assemble the table, I’m glad how easy it was as I am bad with these stuff. The table looks so luxury and modern.
