Bad policies
Ordered food for four people thru DoorDash. Dasher delivered someone else’s order and then asked for it back. Never received our $61 order. I called the Aurora restaurant and was told I couldn’t get a refund. They also told me they do not put the receipts on the bag. This means if a delivery person picks up two or more orders they could easily get them mixed up. We don’t know if the screw up was Doordash’s fault or the restaurant’s but couldn’t get a refund from either of them.
