Reliable Every Year, Lovely Personal Touches
Lapland Letters have been sending Christmas letters to our daughter for the last 4 years, and it’s been a really easy Christmas tradition to keep.
The best bit is the personalisation — it’s not just her name slapped on. It includes the little details that make my daughter go, “Wait… how does Santa know that?!”
The quality, packaging, branding are all top notch and not tacky or flimsy. We really like that there’s loads of choice each year (different letter/story options and extras), so it doesn’t feel like the same thing on repeat.
Honestly, in December, the main thing is that it’s reliable. We order, it turns up on time, and it consistently surpasses our daughter’s expectations. Total peace of mind. Thanks Lapland!!

Santa letters that bring the magic
I have used Lapland Letters for the last five years and they never fail to deliver the magic. My boys love their personalised letters and are always surprised about how much Father Christmas seems to know about them!
I like that there are so many stories to choose from as it means they’re not receiving the same standard letter every year - it always feels new & exciting. The add-ons are great too, and the personalised chocolate bar and magic snow are firm favourites in our house.
The quality of the products is brilliant and the finished look when it arrives is stunning. The customer service is great and meant I could fix a spelling mistake even after my order had been confirmed. I wouldn’t order my Santa letters anywhere else!

No-one does it better than this company!
These are the original lapland letters company and been using them for years and years. There's something special and extra magical with these letters. They feel naturally written for the kids and the extra bits you get with the other packs they sell are really nice. The branding is beautifully done so that it feels like it's actually come from Santa. My kids absolutely love getting these. It really adds to the magical Christmas experience.

My daughter has had santa letter from lapland since a small child she so excited when they came in the post she is now 12years old and still she enjoys getting them with all the extras they are really good value and have always been on time and if I have any questions they happy to answer them thank you so much santa

Absolutely loved our order from Lapland Letters. My girls 6 & 12 really enjoyed reading and sharing their personalised letters alongside all of the amazing activities included. Every letter feels truly magical, beautifully written, and thoughtfully personalised. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the storytelling to the quality of the finished letter, and it has become a cherished part of our Christmas tradition.
The delivery side is exactly what you want at a busy time of year. Everything arrives when they say it will, well packaged, and in perfect condition. We have always found their delivery updates and timeframes clear and reliable, which makes ordering completely stress free.
What really sets Lapland Letters apart is how real the experience feels for children. The letters spark excitement, belief, and wonder in a way no other service we have tried comes close to. Even after five years, each year still feels just as special.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Total scam paid £30 in total for two letters in November to ensure they arrived in time for my daughters, still havent arrived and fighting for my money back 10th December. Dont use them!!!

I am truly sorry this caused disappointment. I know just how important these letters are, especially when they are meant to arrive before Christmas.
To give a little reassurance, we have successfully delivered over 10,000 letters this year. Very occasionally, especially during the busiest postal weeks, Royal Mail experiences wider issues such as delays, misrouting, or lost mail. Sadly, it appears your letters were caught up in one of these rare situations, which sits outside of our control once they leave Lapland.
As soon as this was brought to our attention, I personally made sure it was looked into, and a full refund was issued. We would never want anyone to feel worried or believe their letters were not taken seriously.
Thank you for sharing your experience. While it is always disappointing when things do not go to plan, I hope this helps explain what happened and reassures other families reading along.

I made a order for my grandson as I could not see him at Christmas. The order never arrived. Tried to contact them firstly they told me to wait a bit longer. Which I did. Then they ignored all my other emails. Now they are closed . Company is a total SCAM please do not use. Can you belive how long it has taken for you to reply. This happened in 2024 it is now 2026.

I am very sorry to read this and understand how upsetting this must feel, especially when the letter was meant for your grandson at Christmas.
I would like to reassure you that we are a genuine, family run business and not a scam. This year alone, we successfully sent out over 10,000 letters. Very occasionally, particularly during the busiest Christmas postal period, Royal Mail experiences delays or losses within their network once items have left us.
When customers report a delay, we always ask for a short amount of time to allow the post to catch up, as many letters do arrive late. If an item does not arrive, we investigate and resolve the matter appropriately. We do not ignore customers, and we never intentionally withhold refunds.
Our office does close after Christmas, which is clearly communicated, but all outstanding issues are addressed. If you are still awaiting a resolution, please do contact us again and we will ensure this is looked into for you.
