Not only does this work incredibly well on vehicles but I use it to protect all things metal in my workshop and garage including a metal desk and tools. Their customer service is also exemplary - I got a response on a Sunday within an hour to a query which they sorted straight away. Super product and customer experience. A great family business who really care for their customers.

Doesn't dry and attracts dust and grime. After almost 3 weeks with my wheels and liners off sat in free flowing air, the coating has not and will not cure. It is still tacky to the touch and as a result the farm-esque stench will not disappear either. Lanoguard's response was that I must have put too-thick a coating on, which is nonsense. I deliberately applied it sparingly having experienced the same issue on my XKR. Certainly wouldn't recommend. I'll be going back to dinitrol which although is black and covers up the naked metal, at least it cures properly and lasts.

First time using Lanoguard. I have a Freelander 2 2010. Which needed a good treatment. So from all the reviews read i gave it a go. First wire brushed of rust, then used a rust converter. Then added the Lanoguard.
And wow what a Great job it has done. I'm going to give it a second coat in spring. Very Happy .

Had seen this advertised on social media and thought I'd give it a try. Our son has a 2018 ford focus and was really rusty underneath. WOW!, with one coat underneath the car, front subframe and rear, inside the arches etc it looks amazing!!. Have therefore done the exact same treatment to my Ford Kuga and my wife's vauxhall astra! Highly recommended. Pictures to follow.

As a detailer, car / bike enthusiast and generally a guy that wants longevity, LanoGaurd is the best product out there,,,,,

Our Defender, Abarth 595, Navara and Dmax Arctic Truck are all looked after with LanoGaurd and I know for a fact there are no >100k mile Dmax trucks out there in the impeccable condition ours is in!

Brilliant kit, please avoid using on plastic arch liners and you will have a great experience. I top up once a year but believe this is excessive.

Lanoguard can be applied on a DIY basis, but I decided to have my nice old car given the full works, wheels off etc, via one of Lanoguard's advertised Application Centres, namely Lockey's in Shoeburyness. How they might do the job was unclear, so online I found a detailed application process used by a garage in Scotland and we agreed to work to that for a fixed price. On collecting the car, the price had gone up by a third (allegedly there was more cleaning and prepping required underneath; with no notice to me in advance; it'd been as clean as a whistle; and all they were ever doing under there was a hosedown and bit of wire brushing, whatever the state); I could see they'd sprayed over the inner wheel arch panels (which are not metal and prone to rusting); he admitted to not having removed these and sprayed underneath them (the main reason for removing the wheels; and as required under the detailed application process we'd agreed); I indicated this was not the price or the job we'd agreed, and I couldn't trust anything else they'd done given removing the said panels and spraying underneath them was the first task on the agreed application process; but I had to pay and the increased price to get my keys and car back, which I did under protest and duress. I reported the matter to Lanoguard with all the details on my work e-mail (I'm a clergyman); I received a prompt reply, saying they had no responsibility for the work of their application centres and fobbing me off; I said I'd give them 7 days to take more of an interest or I'd review in these terms; they ignored that, and indeed Lockey's are still advertised as an Application Centre by them with no regard to their customer's protection and their own reputation.

This is a great product bit so frustrating to use the sprayers are absolutely useless and you loose more product trying to muck about with them, tried cleaning them to no avail, every one fails within a few minutes, tried warming product, also took off filter on plastic tube still nothing, I have bought 2 kits of this which is not cheap, and I certainly won't be buying anymore till the sprayers are upgraded, shame as a good product

First class customer service, prompt response to emails and very prompt delivery.
I haven't used anything like Lanoguard in the past but on a recent MOT it had been noted that the sub-frame on my Smart-for-Four was corroded but not significantly so I thought that I would give Lanoguard a try.
I used my compressor with a spray gun attachment that worked perfectly with the Lanoguard and was pleased with the end result. Very easy to apply and very few drips.
The chassis looks good just now but I will check it out regularly.
All in all, very pleased with Lanoguard and in particular the customer service.

Wow , excellent after sale service.
Had an issue with an accessory. Repurchased as desperately needed. Sent email explaining fault for them to look into and wow they saw my order and sent and refunded.

Don't believe all the fake reviews, their website is loaded with them too - so obvious. I've seen the stuff in action and it's terrible and really overpriced (presumably to pay for all the marketing); don't waste your money.

I have been looking for a product to protect the underside of my motorhome. Ordered a Lanoguard kit and following their instructions it is now applied. Very easy to apply and looks good. Wasn't at all messy to apply unlike other products I have used on previous vehicles.
Lanoguard was easy to order, packaged very well and arrived quickly.

I really like this stuff!!!! Fantastic and still doing a great job after 18 months.

I currnetly use it on my 2009 X5 back in 2021.

In June 2020 I discovered alot of surface rust on the subframes of the car. Using other brands I would underseal over the top of hammerite I hoped it would preserve the car. I found the lasted 3 to 9 months just meaning I needed completely do the car again.

In the summer of 2021, as expected, I needed to do it all again.
This time I opted for Lanoguard to Try out.
I love how easy it was and how the spray liquid got into all the bits I wanted. Later drying to a waxy/dry oil type finish.

Sadly in 2022 I was in a serious motorcycle accident and couldn't check or reapply.

That ment the car was used but lanoguard wasnt checked or reaplied until Nov 2023.
When I was fit enough to check out the car I was surprised how little had come off.
I was surprised how little rust patches had re-appeared after about 18 months.

So of course I ordered a top up pack and did it all again slow time, as my I juries would alow. They way you apply this was less physically demanding than other brands so I found even injuries I was able to do it, all be it much slower than the last time.

(Hardest part was getting down on ti the mats and back up to standing again haha)

Fantastic product.
I use ACF50 on my motorcycle (when I'm fit) which works well for that application. However I am considering experimenting with Lanoguard on the lower frame and center stand on the bike. But will stick with ACF 50 for the seen parts of the bike.

For cars though, I wouldn't use anything else!

I was so impressed with how it was after 18 months!

First time using this product so was interested to see how it worked. Previously used Waxoyl to reasonable effect but this can be difficult to apply unless using the aerosol version.
Underside of my land Cruiser had just been renovated with rust removal, paint and Upol stonechip so rust coverage was not a problem. Yes, it can be a little messy but every type of water repellent is messy. If you want full coverage, then you have to get into all the nooks and crannies.
Product covers extremely well and dries to a matt finish. I would definitely recommend that the product is warmed first as it aids atomisation, especially with using the lance.
I would recommend giving it at least 2 coats to ensure 100% coverage.
Had a little issue, probably my own fault and the aftersales team were very quick in replying and resolving my issue, thank you Tanya.
How does it last long term, I will find out. However, if you believe that you can treat the underside of a vehicle once and expect it to last years, then you're mistaken. I've restored plenty of classics that had been Waxoyl'd and the were rotten due to poor maintenance.
With my experience so far, I would highly recommend this company and their product.

I used this for a few years after reading all the hype .

I always thought it was easly washed off as never relly noticed it protecting anything even though reapplied every 8 to 9 months. All areas on my car got worse.

The thick grease they also sell I applied to many areas and after 9 months had to remove this from few areas to do work and the amount of rust under it was shocking 10× as bad as prior to application so certainly dose not work at all and even looks like has accelerated the corrosion?.

I have since gone back to rust treatment and proper protection and 1000% better as actually works. ( yes takes alot longer but least protects)

Dont waste your time with this stuff your just as well spraying any other type of wax/oil on your car as apart from easy application nothing else actually works.

When I contacted the company asking for feedback and querying there claims had zero reply so speaks volumes and thinking just another company buying good reviews as recently seen someone ask about this product on a audi forum and had lots of people also saying they thought it was useless and dose not work.

Used Lanoguard on my Jaguar 3 weeks ago, left it standing for 5 days. Examined the undercarriage, what a difference it has made. I am now Lanoguard my second vehicle, very impressed with the product. After use I clean the sprayer equipment with hot water and fairy dishwasher liquid, ready for the next use. Good product and would recommend it.

The ordering, delivery, was great. However the using of the product was messy, stank out the whole workshop. Ran down my arm, was far to thin. The spray gun didn't help. Plus it was a convertible burning sheep sweat for 5hrs of driving 400 miles was indeed discussing. I was using a lift so should have been easier. Than the advert of a man crawling around in a field. Forget that right now, you need to make your money count and we live in a 4 dimension world. In your drive you will miss over 60% of the important bits hit the bloody exhaust more times than you care to. That's the facts.
Oh and let's not forget you have to do this every 12 months. Or wait for the crap to wear of so you can put some built humber on it instead.
I do regret using it, it was more unpleasant than waxoil. Without the staying power for the amount of effort and clean up, as clothes and equipment got covered.

Second year of use. Last years covering still looked good, but will do annually as it gives me an excuse to play with my pride and joy. Even drops that end on the drive are easy to wash off with fairy liquid and a stiff brush. Great that you don't have to worry about rubber, electrical and exhaust areas (just don't over do it). OK quite pricey, but putting a price on having a long living, rust controlled car, is worth it.

What can i say great customer service had a issue with my delivery today and could not speak with courior so contacted lanoguard who was able to speak with them long short my order order was re aranged for tomorrow but eneded up with it being delivered this evening.thank you so much for all your help.not used product yet but will be sure to leave another review when i do.

Save your money and buy something decent for at least 30% less. You might as well spray your car with WD40 or GT85, it's no better. It doesn't last any longer and is very expensive. If you want to do a proper, long lasting job use Shutz or Waxoil
